I believe sleep for night shifters is so different. We've already tampered with circadian rhythm and for most people i've seen once they retire they do have lifestyle diseases. I hope someday someone will do comprehensive research
You’ve created some really incredible visuals for this video, Jack, that make so many of these principals easy to understand (like the graph in the beginning showing healthspan and lifespan) 🤩 I also now think I’ve got quite a bit of an issue with lack of sleep and consequently up-regulated ghrelin, which is probably why I’m always hangry in the morning 🤪😂
