I would say that he and Minho are the best Japanese speakers in Skz, when they went to the promotions in Japan, they were the ones who spoke the most in that language with more comfort. They are also the ones who watch the most anime / manga, so their interest was always there.

@@m.o.l.a6812 i think bang chan is the best japanese speaker in skz. he learned from the japanese members of twice (during their trainee days i think?), and like minho he also speaks the most in japanese interviews. i’d say minho is second and han is third.

​@@rima_lema Actually I saw that they named Minho as the one who spoke the most Japanese among them because he went to Japan and learned Japanese when he was a backup dancer for Bts. They also choose him almost always to do the greetings in Japanese when they give international messages (like Felix and Chan take care of English). This was a debut data. Even when they went to that Japanese radio and dealt with the Mcs, I saw Jisung speaking more Japanese comfortably. I would not put Chan above Minho, maybe Jisung (although I prefer Jisung's pronunciation more, since for me it is more similar to Japanese and also expresses it more comfortably) but this is just my opinion and you have the yours, it's respectable.

@@cloud291 yea apparently when he learned English, he learned the cuss words and theor sfw versions but he always defaults to cussing. I know there were a couple times during the American tour that he would catch himself slipping alot especially since they really aren't supposed to be cussing

I'm 11 months late but: It's because Han's vowels are more emphasised. Chan and Felix's Australian English uses "reduced" vowels, so that the vowel sound becomes something that doesn't sound like the letter a lot of the times. We also like to slur words together so it's not very clear. American English like Seungmin, would have a lot of "R" sounds, similar to how Beijing accent adds 儿

Well, since he stayed in Malaysia for a long time, he has the Malaysian English accent. Only his accent is more to the American's. In Malaysia, British English is taught bc we were colonized by the British lol. But because the media we consumed, like tv shows, music etc. is americanized, we tend to mix both English and American pronunciations. And then obv we say the english words with a malay accent. Idk how to explain without being to lengthy, but I suggest you watch videos of Malaysian locals speaking english. I hope you understand my explanation 😁😁
