Not only that , the whole Yoruba land will be fulanised...because Shettima will push Tinubu to the mud to take over the sit, and encourage complete fulanization of Yoruba land
My name sake. You're so right. Trouble is those two men Shettima and Tinubu are so desperate. As they got rid of Funsho Williams for Tinubu and Gubio for Shettima they'll try again but will fail this time iJn.
Peter Obi lacks good record of pro security, pro performance & pro welfare of of people policies during his tenures as Anambra State governor. Peter Obi, refuses to condemned IPOB that killed many Igbo elites in Anambra State, under his watch. Dr Patrick Kolawole Boboye Awosan
Three months ago, INEC did not regulate or enforce the cost of presidential forms sold in APC = 100M (apprx $250,000), PDP = #40M. #100M x 20 candidates = #2 Billion(apprx $5,000,000). These parties were indirectly raising funds for election. Labour Party is already setting the standard for openness and integrity.
Not only that.. The same person they said doesn't have structure... Is now structuring them.. 🤣 🙄 😅 😅 😅 😅.. Such thing has never happened in Nigeria 🇳🇬.. But immediately Peter Obi came up as a presidential candidate.. Every where burst 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😱😁😁😁😁😂😂😂
Funny how these people remember constitution when they want to use it against opponents but disregard it when it comes to them.. imagine suddenly respecting Nigeria's constitution
The parasites insists on their agenda. There is nothing u can do outside their agenda to make things work in Nigeria again. They don’t respect rule of laws and the law itself. But they will be telling us rules of law, follow law, due process. PLS DIVIDE THE COUNTRY PEACEFULLY NOW.
Those people are just starting to realize that their money CANNOT match the combined might and wealth of well meaning Nigerians. They will hear woto woto in this election, END-SARS 2.0 loading. I thought they said Obi has no structure, no money, ha ha, the best is yet to come.
😂😂😂😂 me too. I had to pause the interview to make sure it wasn't coming from an obedient neighbor. But everytime I did, Obi's voice stopped. That was when I knew the man was obedient! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
The thieves will not give up without a fight. Okonjo Iweala and Sanusi were right after all...fraudulent APC/PDP are fighting back, we now know who the real enemies are!!!!
Disqualify him! Disqualify him! That what Baba Agbado want. I forgot to mention that Tinubu has phobias, Kakorrhaphiophobia and atychiphobia #labourpartygotstructure #tinubuisafraidofobidient
The likes of Rufai are the kind of journalists we need in this country. There's another one like him in Channels TV. One black guy with beards like that.
Two men were governors, Asiwaju Bola TINUBU in Lagos State and Peter Obi in Anambra . Towards the end of their second term, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in Lagos sent his retirement bill and got his House of Assembly to approve what you see below as his yearly pension. 1. 300% annual salary as severance package as approved by RMAFAC. 2. 100% of annual basic salary of incumbent gov as salary for LIFE even after leaving office. 3. Six new cars every 3 years 4. A new house in Lagos, minimum 5 bedroom 5. A new house in Abuja or any other location, minimum 5 bedroom. 6. Free medical care for him and members of his family for life. 7. Entitled to cooks, stewards, Gardners, and domestic staffs, all pensionable. 8. 300% of his annual basic salary as governor every 2 years as furniture allowance 9. 100% of annual basic salary as governor as his house maintenance allowance 10. Two DSS officers, 1 female officer for his wife and eight policemen to guard him. 11. 25% of his annual basic salary for personal assistants. 12. 30% of his annual basic salary for car maintenance . 13. 20% of his annual basic salary as utilities maintenance. 14. Pensionable drivers, no limits to the number. This is apart from what Bola TINUBU gets as a percentage of collections from Alpha Beta for tax collections for Lagos State and the total control he has over the governor and the treasury. But see what Peter Obi collects from Anambra State since leaving office as governor: 1. No gratuity 2. No pensions 3. No houses 4. No cars 5. No allowances of any kind 6. No maintenances of any kind. 7. No personal assistants paid by the state. 8. No domestic staffs paid by the state. 9. No aids sponsored by the state. 10. Not even pure water. 11. No shishi from the State. 12. No landed property 13. No trace of any form of corruption on him till date 14. He's still using his personal money to pay school fees for some children of the poor till date. Now the two men want to be president. So choose you today who means well for Nigeria and who will serve the people selflessly. (You can go and verify)
I am happy all these are coming up. For the first time we will investigate the source of funds for all political parties. We will investigate those politicians that move money with bullion vans and they will tell where the funds came from.
Why is Abatti too biased towards peter Obis campaign u are still saying labour party all political party candidates are guilty of over expenditure especially Tinubu
I am not giving shishi to Labour Party. My would-be donation is to support PETER OBI's campaign. We need someone to help steady this sinking ship called Nigeria.
I thought they said we don't have the structures? So why are they worried that obi is able to raise funds. How is this empty and structureless party only on social media able to muster 100 billion naira 🥳 🎉 🥳 we go shock them!!!
@@koloni2862 good, you're so right. But, please, have you done anything about the man that all the alaye's are working for?. Have you done anything about Shetima and the Bookham?. What about the bandits and terrorist?.
The argument is getting interesting and stronger. At the end the Obi movement will shock them. No political power and plot can fight the movement for the New Nigeria.
Nigeria don't reward intelligent people that's why they explode when they leave Nigeria for America or UK. Put this man beside Malami and you will understand that Nigeria is a joke
Lets keep deceiving ourselves in this country, last last na poor masses go suffer pass. Know it that if the nation doesn't go well in selecting good leadership for themselves, they will always end being a slave to another man's country, either way or the other. Remember if you are Rich today your offsprings might not be when you are gone. LET'S MAKE THIS NATION OKAY FOR US AND OUR FUTURE GENERATION
The party they said have no structure and won't make any impact is scaring them now 🤣🤣🤣🤣 we are Obidient and Yusful we go shock them 2023 we move✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
Prof gave the solution to the problem of Inec not allowing people in diaspora fund their candidate discretely. send money to your nigerian businesses and fund your candidate from nigeria. you are a legend Prof
As in..😆 @@blessingelelegu4622 the sorcerer's in this government now want to 'cherry pick' ,beef up and 'strongly enforce' ALL laws that will stifle Peter Obi's campaign and Nigerians in diasporas clamour to willingly financially support the campaign bills of their presidential candidate of choice... Damn. 'Obidients' will find a way, as this is not an ordinary cause being fought for by millions of citizens at home and abroad..Nigeria needs and can do alot better🙏
Is Tinubu above the Law ? Tinubu is giving money to Voters to buy himself Votes, what do you say about this ? Tinubu is spending Dollars, Nigeria does not use dollars
Other political leaders and their politicians are afraid 😨 seeing, for the first time, that a political party in Nigeria (LP) will not depend on using the Nigerian people's wealth to sponsor elections while ASUU and many other Civil Servants are not being paid their salaries for months! If I have the account, I'll send my own "quota" to support Peter Obi. This is the pattern they use in the US.
No please, that question was even in my mind. See we nee to ransack the law and every corner of the world to ensure we do not mistakenly give the enemies of this country a room to eliminate this movement.
From my knowledge, Most presidential candidate of the Apc who picked form of #100M, claimed they were crowd funded. So when has crowd funding become an issue? . That was because there was no section of the law against it... I'm sure the ruling govt. Would have wished they revisited that session to make amendments... They never saw this coming...
@@mikolowiskamikolowiska4993 Nigerians in diaspora have local bank account, hence the idea is to crowd fund locally.. When did the Apc govt. Start referring to the constitution? Abeg they should go and seat down.
@@winsalamusesstudios.5032 I understand your point, but everything has gone digital and they are proposing open a porta which you and me can obviously monitor plus we have INEC, EFCC, ICPC and other designated outfits to checkmate the funds except you want to tell me that Buhari' lead administration and the APC has soiled those parastatals.
@Ibharalu Ehis, very simple. I was arguing about this with someone the other day. The law does not say anything about donations to the candidate. Besides, the money is not going directly to Peter Obi, for tax reasons, PO won't even want that kind of smoke. In my opinion, it is very important for Labour Party to amend the portal for payments to be made to a Peter Obi Candidacy account - this account needs to be separate from both his personal account and Labour Party accounts. As always, they need to seek legal advice as well as independent financial advice so they can act within the law
The politicians in Nigeria are afraid of those in Diaspora. Nigerians in Diaspora are smart, have clear thinking, cannot be deceived and will vote for confidence. They are not blinded by religion or tribalism or ethnicity. Politicians cannot give them money, so they don't like them
When we say Nigerians in diaspora, we should not ignore the fact that there are Nigerians in Chad, Republic of Niger e.t.c. Diaspora voting is a dangerous slope to tow.
US Dollars in multiple millions was freely used during this last Presidential primaries that produce the PDP & APC flag bearer, to the extent that dollar went up in Nigeria till date. The INEC, AGF and Lawyers across the country did not know the interpretation of our Constitution then, now that Nigerians in diaspora have indicated interest in helping Peter Obi, suddenly the Constitution of Nigeria is alive. No powers can battle with the Lord and win, 2023 election the Lord is with Nigerians, we will elect our leader.
I agree. But it's a good thing the torch light is on PO. It allows him to change the game. When he remains law abiding in a transparent manner. Image the fear that will be on everyone else that was torch lightning PO. They will be careful not to contraven the electoral laws
The major characteristic of the wicked, deadly and villainous politicians across the globe is to hold unto power tenaciously and construct the grave for anyone who could possibly take the power away from them using all kinds of ways to crush their political rival or opponent Tundun is good to see you back , as you guys used to say any jollof and pepper sup to celebrate the vacation
If my memory is correct,he's one of the people on the legal team of PO that battled his reinstatement...no Wahala, everywhere never start to shake yet...."HOPE DENIED.....PROVOKES VIOLENCE!!!".. Nobody should deny the people their populist vote o
Initially they said where will Peter obi ( labour party) get money to fund the election, now they hear about fund raising they started shouting, bad Belle people
Let Anambra billionaires in Nigeria, gather money together and give Peter Obi. Also, let Nigerians in different Diaspora countries gather money and bring the donations to Nigeria
@@BlackTizza yes, I agree. If they block foreign money from coming, then the local people have to raise money. Money give structures. Anambra has many billionaires. Young people who have money should contribute. Nigerians in Diaspora are smart. They will study the Electoral Act, sent a representative to Nigeria and the person will bring the money and spend it for the campaign. He will not pay it in any account. Diaspora representative will join the campaign train with all their money
A political party can't receive funds from abroad: Clear. A presidential candidate can, however, receive funds from abroad. But can't spend more than 5 billion during the election: Clear. What's not clear from this interview is if a political action committee (PAC), which can raise funds from abroad, is limited in it's electoral spending on a candidate it supports.
Did you hear what this professor says? He says that a political party is a different entity than the candidate, this means that Obi as an individual can raises funds.
They will definitely donate from their accounts in Nigeria. Peter Obi is smart. Shame on looters who are afraid of PO. With all the billions Atiku and Tinubu have, they so afraid. Chai!
They are scrutinising the law, turning it in all direction to seek ways of indictments, making sure Peter Obi is disqualified. Since the candidate is free to receive the funding, let's go ahead and fund Peter Obi directly and make sure his candidacy is well funded, together we will change the narrative.
INEC has no mouth over aspirant 100million naira fees .INEC has no mouth on the money given to delegates during election primary. The Nigerian law is a dwarf law and need to be thrown away.
I strongly hope and wish that Rufia would consider teaching in a specialist school department where he can reproduce a few journalists. They might not be like him because each person is unique but at least share his journalistic skills and ideas towards issues that effect the welfare of the country.
😂😂😂The men being interviewed was listening to Peter Obi's audio at the same time. Did you guys hear it at the background? 😂😂😂 I had to pause the interview to make sure it wasn't coming from an obedient neighbor. But everytime I did, Obi's voice stopped. That was when I knew the man was obedient! 🔥🔥🔥🔥. See force! 😀 Obi is fire!
Presidential candidates without certificates - no disqualification, magu magu. Foreign currencies as gift for BAT supporters and delegates - magu magu - he is not charged yet and no one is chaged. Now that Peter Obi is successfully seeking Nigerian DIASPORA assistance - they are out with their magu magu Press, shaking and vomiting nonsense! Thank God for a learned SAN.
WHY ARE THEY SO SCARED OF #PETEROBI? 🤣🤣🤣 The law has always been there but somebody just woke up to it when it came to Peter Obi. Diaspora money is good enough to boost the economy but not good enough to influence the political climate? Maybe we should hold our diaspora money altogether until we can exercise our suffrage rights.
I call on INEC to request all aspirant of PDP and APC Presidential candidate who participated in their respective primaries to state and disclose how they were able to raise 50 million and 100 million Naira respectively for the form. If they can’t explain how they raise the money or give a satisfactory answer; all the aspirant should be fine and disqualified form participating in 2023 election including Atiku and Tinubu.
Wow! What a time to be alive. So we actually have laws guiding elections and it's financing in Nigeria and the 2 major political parties have been running amok over the years with money. Peter Obi has woken everyone up. How nice, if we could ensure every party sticks to the strict funding limits set by the law. Let Nigerians votes freely devoid of any inducement, we then see where PDP and APC will end up.
You people should also tell us where our constitution allows or the legality of political parties sharing dollars in their primary elections. Media is part of the decay in our system today. You think they are not political you are wrong. Nobody raised the issue and it went under the carpet, it is a case of the law is meant for some people and not for everybody.
All these constitutional stipulations have been there for ages. Neither INEC nor anyone else has ever raise any issue until now. Nigerians if you are still awake, you must double your effort o. The old guard politicians are now saying how dare you trying to reject us which means your sufferings must continue. Buhari collected hundreds of thousands of dollars from the diaspora no one cited the law.
What gladdens my mind is that win or lose beyond 2023 elections the political landscape in Nigeria will not remain the same because of Peter Obi/Datti they have rised the political consciousness of Nigerians.
Joy joy joy am so amazed with this wonderful clearification. God bless you prof. They will only try, but will never make it. They thought money is everything no.... We now have voice.
There is no freefom without a fight & sacrifice. The slave masters want to maintain their hold on their perceived slaves while the people say enough is enough & must of necessity free themselves. This will happen in Nigeria with God on their side.
Haters will continue to hate. Peter Obi is a movement.... As we they plenty... it go dey pain them. OBIDIENT plenty it will continue to pain them. Peter Obi all they way.....
Oh now I know the law.... I will not donate shi shi to labour party I will do my whole donation to Mr Peter Gregorry Obi. Thank you sir for the enlightenment
Some lawyers are concerned about the legality of campaign funding, Really? As of now , Nigeria lacks sound judicial system. Nigerian judicial system is a joke around the world.
These are the kind of brains the Ngwa nation should have given to Abia State to make it better rather they gave us intellectually poor people. I also remember late Justice C.O.C. Izima, an astute and very intelligent Ngwa SAN. Former commissioner of lands and survey from Isiala Ngwa. These are great minds not the criminals parading themselves.
Yes, it's very obvious. It will get worse as we approach the election. Abati will be disgraced when Obi wins. Last week, he said Obi and LP don't have enough money to win the Presidency. Now he is scared
But the APC appealed and got donations for funds from Nigerian citizens and friends of Nigeria from outside of the country in 2014 for Buhari Campaign Organization.
I can’t believe we are discussing this. Is the law not to avoid foreign powers and companies influencing our elections? Is it to disenfranchise Nigerians who live abroad?
So funny. There are so many ways to circumvent the provision. Those of us in diaspora have local currency accounts. We will simply donate the naira equivalent of whatever we intend to donate in the applicable currency where we reside. And, if the provision that caps how much one can donate becomes a challenge. We have siblings. We will breakdown whatever lump sum we intend to donate into bits and funnel it through them(our people) into the campaign fund of PO. These guys seem not to know that PO has so many young Nigerians in the diaspora with superb digital and tech capabilities. This coming election will be like something never seen before in terms of tech tools that would be deployed.
We all need to be happy for this wonderful exposure coming at this point. This law is not only for labour but, cuts across every other parties. They law has made it easier for Obi Dati movement. This trap cannot catch us because is not in the habit of obi or labour party to spend heavily. some parties and their candidate cannot escape this trap for sure
Bob, that is a brilliant idea! We are doing and already seeing things like that already, getting to the nearest markets with "mama, papa, pikin" aprons, etc. All private funds and physical efforts 👌 Your plan is good! Kudos. #OBIdient and #Yusful
