Oh God....😍 This Turbo whistling is one of the best ASMR truck therapy for the soul! Your Duel truck engine sings beautifully! You and Kristo Boginski are the best trucking drive channels here on RU-vid! Drive safe brother!
The song of my people! I don’t know what I like more that straight pipe roar or the whistle of that turbo. Thanks for the ride along video, your camera footage is amazing. 😎👍🏻💯
The truck is sounding great! And whoever the folks are that maintain that fire access road they are doing one heck of a good job! That looked really smooth from the cab ! 🍻 thanks for the video!👍👋
Looks like a beautiful drive. I drive a 5 ton straight truck around Moravian town love getting down these back roads. Green peterbilt, I call her the peterbullet For a 5 ton straight truck she can stand up and dance!
The new peepers on the Pete look sweeet!! That looked like a lot of fun! I remember that road from one of your previous video, I was waiting for the co-driver to start calling out the turns.😉 Time to get out and check them straps, eh. Great video Matt!👍 I missed last weeks and another one too, I'll have to check them out asap. Stay safe and healthy out there. Spoke to ya later.😎
Great drive! Thanks for the video. Despite the FA windy, hilly road, it seemed pretty smooth and level. Good comment on the hunters looks about the jakes haha! 👍
Здравствуй, давно искал такое видео, крутой трак, классика рулит :-) записывай всё видео когда за рулём и когда улучшаешь грузовик тоже, новые фары круто смотрятся
Yesterday was my first time driving a tractor trailer and I gotta say, you make shifting look so easy. I was fucking up the downshifting so bad, at the time I was driving in a empty area with long stretches of road. Then my instructor wanted me to drive through the city to the truck stop to fill up the tanks and when we were done and I was pulling out of the truck stop I got honked at by the truck behind me because I was releasing the clutch really slowly so the whole truck wouldnt shake and I guess I was taking too long. Please give me strength I have about 60 more hours of training left before road test 😭😭😭😭
everyone starts out like that when they are first learning. The more you do it the better you will get. I start driving school in september and believe me im nervous too. I'm going to be learning on a 18 speed but only have 1 month to learn everything and pass my test in october, so im just stressing thinking about it. But my dad is trucker and he just keeps reassuring me that if I pay attention and listen to my instructor and fully apply myself I should have no problem. Anyways gl to you my man, you'll pass no problem, i believe.
Yep everyone starts out like that. My first trip out bobtailing, I made a left turn, and for the life of me I couldn’t figure out what gear to shove it into. I ended up pulling over waiting for the lineup of traffic to pass and start all over again. Instructor wasn’t too happy but it doesn’t take long once you get it!!
@@callthemall been there; one of the hardest things I found when first learning was remembering what gear I was in, so I knew where to shift next...........that, and downshifting (even though I had driven a stick lots before that, doing it in a semi is a whole other ballgame), and occasionally forgetting the range selector coming from 5th down to 4th.
just watched the dusty drive out of, I believe Parnells pits. we are up and down that road many times going ATVing. Lots of trails off that road for snow mobiling and ATVing. We usually park right at the end on your left just before you hit the highway. Where was the load going to ? Thanks again for the great videos.
00:47am from the other room... Daddy, daddy I can't sleep... Dad: Yeah, I might turn down my HEADPHONES a bit. 00:49am... Daddy, I'm afraid of bears. Dad : No worries, junior, that's not a bear - just blame Jacobs for inventing the jake brake. 00:53am... what's that whistle, dad ? Dad : sssssh, ever heard of Caterpillar engines ? Son : Yo, you dream about them while walking, Dad. All the day. Dad : mmmm see this is 650 horses, turbo glowing red. Callthemall is pulling 63500 kg up the hill. 5 seconds silence... Is that C15, daddy ? He's eleven.
Hey man, where are you based out of in Ontario? I'm also from Ontario and trucking is currently a backup plan for myself right now if my current trade doesn't work out for me or I don't enjoy it as I have always loved driving/trucking. I watched your video that you were talking about starting your own trucking company in the future a couple years down the road and that would probably be around the time I will probably have made up my mind what route I'm going to take. If you see this I just thought it wouldn't hurt to know if you're near where I am or not and maybe have a contact about getting into the business down the road. Cheers!
I have a webasto bunk heater in the winter, and a little truck stop fan in the summer, though I don’t sleep in the truck much anymore. If it’s a really hot night and I need a/c I’ll run the truck for a few minutes and that brings the cab down and I’m usually good for the night with just that
Yea I noticed that in the last video I watched. Your sitting awful low to see over the hood of that truck. Is that normal ? Need to get a higher chair 😊.
Fire access/logging roads are easy to get out of - all the forks in the road merge to the out road, so just follow the road out! Haha. Learning to shift was easier because I’ve always driven stick. The clutch took a lot to get right though. Takes many hours of messing around to get it right
we’re you in guelph today at around 7:40pm i’m pretty sure i was behind you in the white international daycab .i passed u just as you were getting off hwy 6
Man, I love your videos. Way off topic but I gotta wonder... What do you do if you are on the highway and you suddenly have a brown alert? It's not like you can grab a jug or bottle. Has that ever happened to you?
Been there, a plastic bag works pretty good. Double or triple bag it, tie it up, strap it to the cat walk and throw it in the trash asap, not on the ground like some of these new clown drivers do.
