Ever sweet solo worked fot 10 months, excellent, no questions, no problems. But suddenly went to alarm: always blinking blue. 3 times clean, used their filters, 2-3 seconds of work and it's down to alarm. Returned. Purchase a new one. Wireless. Expecting good.
There should be a supplied usb power brick supply for the amount of power you need to obtain best water flow. Not all usb power bricks put out the same amperage. What would the price increase be. 5.00 tops. GENIUS MOVE !
Do I need to take apart and rinse everything before the first use? It shows this in the video but it doesn’t state why it is being taken apart and rinsed. Thanks.
The connection from the hub to the pump is wireless (so no wires inside the water container) but you still need electricity to the hub for it to work..
@@Catbatoutrageous! I literally bought this because it said it was wireless and I have no power points in the vicinity I need to place it ! Waste of money

I’m sure you found your answer by now but I wanted to post something in here so others know what to do. Mine was flashing blue and green and our issue was the usb plug. I’m assuming it wasn’t strong enough. So we swapped out usb wall plugs and now it works! Hope this helps others down the road
Hi, thanks for reaching us. The wireless part is the pump, not the charging part. It is designed because it's safer for pets to use and eliminates the risk of electrical leakage.
