Petrichor - Solo Playthrough - slickerdrips 

I love this game! just learned and played Southern Winds solo mode to cement the rules and its been great. I love anything that makes me think of weather and nature. I call the "neutral player" "nature" and consider myself as a meteomancer trying to control the weather despite nature's entropic hold over its own processes, and that makes my hand of cards my mana pool, which requires more effort if I try and cast twice in my turn, and I have each round last until I have no valid "mana" left, where nature's entropy then works against my magic. I use green for the nature player and blue for my own. That's the one thing severely lacking in the actual game: almost no storytelling whatsoever. Ah well, I've made my own!

Make sure you get a bunch of those plastic things that are in the middle of pizza boxes. Use those to prop the clouds up in the air!

Really love your solo playthrough. I am buying this game right now. I was looking for something with a relaxing theme. This will help me in this quarantine. Thanks for your video :)

Nice playthrough apart from “cheating” from some misruling. In my personal experience, the Southern Wind voting twice most of the times makes it unstoppable. It always ends up on the last or second to last position in voting track, netting 21 or 27 points in the end. Double voting also means it easily uses up all its voting discs, thus getting 1-2 additional points every turn. In all my plays it ends up winning with a 20-25 points margin and that’s counting the wheat tokens that I usually score

nice playthrough, noticed you forgot to vote for your self when u played cards during round three i think so that may have helped you more, and on the last round the cloud should have rained as it had 8 rain drops in, other than that great playthrough

Hey, just a heads up, on the final round of the game, any weather spots that have votes happen, not just two of them with the most. Other than that, great video as usual. :) Also, for the solo mode, I think a lot of the southern winds cards are based around the idea that they are using two actions in a turn, hence usually having two votes, so it may be worth it to use two actions a turn more often? Just a thought though.
