Very nice in the car. Sounds quite sporty considering the quite random performances. A nice car you can buy for a handful of peanuts. It was not the most reliable though

It was not intended to be a fast or sporty car in any way, it's just a car with a smooth engine with some torque and a 6 speed modern automatic gearbox. Performance is not that bad and are surely enough to get you in trouble with cops. It's powerful enough to overtake or accelerate with efficiency but forget about sport, it's all about comfort

7 seconds is decent for a car of this weight and engine capacity non turbo. The 607 which is much lighter does 6 which is almost gti level.

@M RO man I had a lot of peugeot from 205 1.9 , 106 rallye/gti , 206 xs /rc ,207 gti ,307 cc 170hp 308 gt 160hp 308 1.6 diesel and can I assure that all of this car listed are shit car any renault or other brand on same category we're double faster !!! the peuget 407 3.0 is just a show car not for race you can compare with a diesel 1.9 maximum 150 hp no more !! beleive me !!
