V yeah Eli is his younger brother who is a quarterback for the giants and he’s not as good as Peyton, so the joke he made was that he told the people at the door to not let him in.
@@jessefreeland7394 true he's not as good as his brother but he's the only QB that can brag about beating Brady in the Superbowl twice. Also glad he's the reason Brady has an already ubsured 6 wins instead of an even more unbelievable 8 wins.
@@danieldougan269 That's while playing though. He's competing at the highest level and one of the best to ever do it. Off the field he's one of the nicest dudes ever.
I'm still thinking Vince Wilkford(did I type that right?) can top him on that. This guy is the ultimate smooth talker though, such a great example of how you want your kids to be.
@Frank Lee haha, you have a great memory, SNL sucks now and has for a hot minute, Lorne Michaels is scared to death to roast Democrats, because they are all butthurt triggered pajama wearing snowflakes
"These jokes are horrible and disgusting. No one should know about them. But I'm gonna tell you either way." 🤣🤣🤣 this is why he was one of the best hosts of SNL lol
im not too shocked by him being this funny after he did so well with SNL, but god this really was a great prelude to his post NFL career. Love Payton, so charismatic
This guy is going right to show biz. I don't know of any former player so adept and talented. His door is wide open. He's done one of the funniest skits ever on SNL. He's one of the best hosts they've ever had on the show. The dude is just getting started...
@@timlukluk Good God, dude, are you always this lighthearted & fun? It was a joke. Nobody claimed it was "serious." But thanks for lumbering in to lecture us anyway.
You're so right. I don't think I've ever called anything or anyone "cold" before, but when Peyton told that joke, I said out loud with nobody around, "damn Peyton, that was cold".
Peyton is really funny. He was great on SNL. His sketch where he played super aggressive sandlot football against a bunch of disadvantaged kids was hilarious.
This is just classic Manning. The KD joke was good.. but honestly, I think my favorite was the joke on the Falcons about "not paying attention 3 quarters of the way in".. so brutal. He should have a permanent job for the foreseeable future as the ESPY's host.
"Serena carrying a baby and winning the Australian Open was even more impressive than the 2015 Denver Broncos Defense carrying me to the Super Bowl." Peyton knows what's up.
Joey Parm He won his first super bowl and was the MVP. Overrated because he has the most MVP seasons? He has the highest passing yards for a single season and most touchdowns in a season. Didn’t Drew Brees just pass him for most yards passing (career)? I won’t bother looking it up but he also has the most seasons passing over 4,000 yards.
Honestly, I thought his reaction looked rehearsed (same with Westbrook's).. maybe he was in on the joke. If not, I'd agree he didn't take that joke well.
you know how hard (esp how Romo blew up last year and everyone loved him) --the networks have countless dollars to peyton to do really, whatever he wants, he could be on NFL countdwon, Primtime, MONday or sunday crew, itwoudlnt matter. And yes, Espn (ABC) and and NBC all have offered multi year contracts.
you're at an award show on tv. hotties are everywhere. you're making around 30 million a year. and THAT is what you wear??????????????? i don't get it. is he really this stupid?
Rickey Ryan True for sure, but Peyton definitely has a natural comedic beat and cadence that many others don't, even when delivering good jokes written by other people.
I never knew how funny Peyton is. KD is so sensitive that he didn’t even realize that him reacting that way to the joke made it even that more funny. I love it 🤣
The fact that the Manning brothers were elite NFL QB's and had the ultimate success of winning not just one but two Super bowls EACH is a testament to their dedication, work ethic and tenacity. They both had a way of elevating the rest of the team to perform at the very highest level. We were very blessed to witness these two brothers perform so well, over the years both on and off the field. The entire family is awesome and a shining example of what hard work can bring you! An 'All American' family for sure.
Peyton is a leader everywhere he goes, even in a casino. Pat McAfee won a lot of money one night because Peyton told him to bet everything on a certain number, and that number won. Pat goes to tell him the next day, and Peyton just goes "I know."
