Wow! I love this! I took screen shots of the different parts of the pattern and now I am just following 12 to 17 with the superimposed pattern steps until I have memorized them. Incredibly stimulating to do! You, my dear are a total whiz!!!
So glad you decided to bead the zigzag with us! I loved the introduction to the daisy pattern and how to read a chart and a word chart. Very helpful, the best tips I've seen on the subject. Also, the presentation of having the word chart superimposed on the screen of your beading was a great help. Wonderful instruction! I'm definitely going to do the zigzag bracelet, to my eye, more interesting graphically. Yay! ... and thank you yet again!
These bracelets are just so pretty and look pretty relaxing too make (I hope I'm right on that thought lol), so, I guess I will have to give them a try. As soon as I finish my other project...that is. As always, Stephanie, Thank you for sharing. We appreciate you sharing your time, talent and creativity with all of us. 😊🌹
Oh, Stephanie, thank you so much for sharing this pattern. When I started watching this last evening, they were announcing we were under a tornado watch, so I had to stop about halfway through--aaaaggghhhh-so hard to walk away to go hide in the basement!! Anyway, today I finished watching and this is on my list-such a fun stitch anyway, and then to add a pattern.....
You're killing me, Steph--can't keep up with all the projects I want to make! Love it!! Oh, yeah, and the nail color coordinates so well with the palette...
As I'm not a proficient beader, could I suggest threading a spare needle through every other bead on row1/2 when threaded and before starting row 3. With 11/0's it was so much easier to see where row 3 needed to go and kept the rows stable while creating the first 6/7 rows then slide it out.
Hi Stephanie! I think this pattern is so lovely! It doesn’t look very flexible, that is why I prefer bead crochet. I took a basic bead crochet class at my local bead shop (which sadly is out of business) and have become advanced in bead crochet. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE peyote stitch, both even and odd count. I love your tutorials on all the bead stitches! Your so much fun and enjoy listening to you, even if things don’t quite go your way 😉 Stay safe and keep these wonderful podcasts coming ❤️
Hi Lisa🌺 Thank you, I’m so glad you enjoy the tutorials. PWAT isn’t as flexible Bead Crochet but I just couldn’t get the hang of bead crochet. I did fine until trying to connect the ends🤣 I’ll have to give it another try.
Love this pattern! Stephanie I looked in your playlists and didn’t see anything for Tubular Peyote Bangle. Is this something you haven’t done? Thank you for always sharing your beautiful pieces with us!! 😬😍💐
Stephanie...you mentioned about 20 Gauge wire if you are using the open end caps and are making loops. Do you think you could make a future video about how this is done? I've never done this technique and would really benefit from your demonstration of these steps. You always have such neat clasps, and I'd love to see different ways to end off samples. Thanks as always for your time and talent.
Hi Stephane, love your work. So glad You started teaching PWAT. Would you be able to teach us how to connect the ends to make a bangle. I would love to learn how to do this technique, if anyone can teach this I know it would be you!
Hi Stephanie, could you please tell me what is row 1 and 2 separately so I can properly load my beads correctly on the Quick Start Peyote Card. I love your videos. Thank you.
The first 2 rows are put on together. The third row separates them. I’m not sure how the Quick Start Cards work. Is there done in the instructions to help you?
As always..another great video. Always wanted to do it but I did not understand it until now. Thank you! Can you tell me where you got the magnetic end caps? I really like the strong magnets.
I usualy put fingers to the key board to tell you how much I have enjoyed your tutorial, but this time I wish add a small request... please let us know what colour and make your nail polish is! Btw I have enjoyed you tutorial I feel that I may be able to make a bracelet due to your instructions. My spacial awarness is not very good so I find it difficult to follow spiral patterns. Thanks very much for a great tutorial.
Stephanie..this is soooo gorgeous. Thanks for this GREAT tutorial I was hoping you would do! Questions: At 13:50 you demo finishing off the ends, stating you should be doing this with row 12 bead sequence. I suspect you have to be mindful of the row you are "standing" in when you reach your desired length, so you can choose the correct sequence for the following row to start the decrease. Specifically, you used row 12 sequence because you reached your desired length in (previous) row 11...right? In other words, if you reached your desired length in say, row 14, then you'd start the decrease in the next row (15) ....right? I hope my questions make sense.
Rita Long The Victoria Ring. I replaced the center 6mm pearl with a skull bead approximately the same size. Here is a link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GeKWeFCth74.html
Stephanie...I have a clasp question. The glue on Panda Hall Elite Tibetan style end caps shown in this video includes a lobster clasp on one end. How is this connected? I used the search terms you suggested on Amazon, but none of the end caps show a lobster clasp on one of the end caps. How did you connect in your samples, since I don't see a jump ring anywhere?
cayce I used a lobster clasp from an Etsy shop. I think I put the name in the description box under the video. Pluffbeads. You need to use a jump ring to attach it to the end loop on the glue in end cap. I cheated and cut an opening in the end of the lobster claw so I didn’t have to use a jump ring. Something I would not recommend as it could weaken the clasp. Good spotting on your part! You have really good bead sense! The magnetic clasp I show is a straight glue in, no issue with jump rings. I suggest that one!
Stephanie...when you designed this pattern, did you design it "flat"? I'm trying to understand how you determined the bead sequence once it became a tube. Is that something you can teach about?
I purchased the beautiful lobster claw clasps, but how did you attach it to the one end cap without using an open jump ring? I keep looking at the tutorial and I just can’t see that you’ve attached it with a jump ring. Love your tutorials and have just finished “pink peony” - thanks for doing a fantastic job for all us beaders out there!
+donna elter Thanks Donna 🌻😃🙏 I used a very sharp cutter to open the ring on the lobster clasp. I would use a thick jump ring instead. The clasp isn’t made to be cut so I wouldn’t suggest it. I just was curious to see if it would work! Next one I use a thick jump ring😆
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry Thank you, I thought my eyesight was failing me! I did just as you suggested and bought heavy duty jump rings to attach. Keep up the wonderful work . . . . .
Stephanie, do you do any half hitch knots when changing thread or do you just weave the thread in various directions? Love your channel! I’m a beginner! 😊
aldiladeisogni1 Check the description box under the video for amounts. They are very approximate. I’m thinking a 5 gram package of each 11/0 except the accent bead ( you need less of that) will do the bracelet with a bunch left over. Might even make two depending your wrist size.
