I don't know if it's too late in the game here, but they make little flexible patches you can stick on the inside of your cheek until it heals up a bit, I found them at Walgreens, might be at other stores in the dental/toothpaste section. It helps calm down the irritation from eating/teeth rubbing and the pesky tongue curiosity thing (if you get that of course) I have a question you might have covered in another video, but how hard was it to get all your arrangements for where to stay, how to get rides to and from surgeries and follow-up appointments, and back home again? Do the people down there work with you to help with all that? Meds wise, I set reminders on my phone, you can set them up for multiple times a day, 7 days a week. It helps if anyone has to go through this. There's a nice relaxation you get from knowing the phone will let you know when it's time (especially with the meds that make you not know what time or day it is the first few days out of surgery! 🥴) I never got to go to the library when I was there, wow, what a view! And those donuts were a great view too 😃🤤
