Straight cut gears : The main reason for this is that it is the most efficient way of transmitting power. Excessive friction due to the axial load generated by helical gears is avoided. But makes a bit more sound. Conclusion : they can handle more bhp. Like a full loaded MHR Team or Polini Evo. Use Amsoil gear oil.

Pre bug 42/14 gears 🤛🏾 trust me I up gear really tuned bike and you know if you want the good punch all the way thru the bands change it over to water cooled w 7 transfer port , overrange ect🙌🏾

For low-mid power wheelies like you do, the C16 is excellent, no questions. If you want more oomph in mid to high end, search for a Yasuni C21 minimum. Also, if you plan on porting it, it would be better for a Stage6 R1200 to let it breathe more, but it would also be the limit for air-cooled sport-type cylinders, since the Sport Pro has an oval exhaust port. If you had gone with the MK2 racing, which has a bridgeport, a Roost RS5 and maybe a 24mm carb, that would throw the front wheel up at almost any speed, and top speed 70MPH guaranteed. Keep it up, the F12 is flying!

Advance the ignition or 4 degrees. You cannbuy the advance key for the cranckshaft. You will be shocked how much power differece it makes. Just go 5 bigger in mainjet if u put they advance

I have the f12 100cc 2t, standard does around 55mph on the flat, current mix of 8.3G and 12G rollers, yours is so quick now

The benefits, of straight for gears is, The power and torque gets put directly into the wheel with no side to side pressure on the bearings with angle cut gears. However the straight cut tend to be noisy

Helical gears are quieter and a bit smoother, straight cut gears will chatter a bit more and a bit noisy also cheaper to manufacture.

I love watching you play around with all your Scoots I really like that F12 it is a real sexy moped. The new one I am getting over this winter is gonna be pretty sick also. I have to do this to my Solista after I put the new sleeve and piston upgraded carb as well. I already have a malossi variator kit on it she is gonna rip next season I am gearing up for sled season now.

I did these gears in a zuma motor and they sound horrible off throttle. Is there any way to screw up the instal, I got no instructions with my doppler gears. They are 14/42 as well. No metal shavings in gearbox but they sound like they are eating themselves.

please help if you can. i have keeway huricane also minarelli and i put kit 70, carb 19mm, new rollers 6g, new belt, and it goes only 60kmh... i had like some *sport baotian exhoust but i think its bad one* so i need help to make my scooter go adleast 80kmh what do you suggest is the problem? cdi ? exhoust? and what gear up should i buy? what is standard and how much it has to be the gear up one 14/15 42/41 or what ? i need help with tuning it and what blocks the scooter to not go over 60kmh?
