oh! i just love studying pharmacology with you. thank you so much for making so nice lectures with great enthusiasm. you literally break all the walls of bordem, dryness, hardness and difficulty of this subject. general pharma has always been a bit dry and hard to grasp the major concepts but thank you so much for making the videos quite interesting by your puns and jokes, i literally love your sense of humor and they way you clear out all concepts......thank you sooooo much!

Question; in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia B Blockers are a known cause vasoplegia which can lead to profound and difficult to manage hypotension, so it is not advised to take them preoperatively, can you elaborate on the differences between the two cases (under going cardiac versus non cardiac surgery) and the effects of CPB on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs that affect the CVS? I know it is a long question that probably requires an entire video 😅!

Do you pause Beta blockers during noradrenalin (on the intensive care unit for example) or do you keep giving it? My anethesiologic and cardiac attendings were against each other

I have protein in my urine, positive DNA-DS antibody, negative ANA-IFA (3x), negative: Ribosomal, SCL-70, JO-1, Centromere B, RNP, Chromatin, SM-antibody, Sjogren’s SS-A & SS-B. My doctor still put me on plaquenil…. no symptoms for lupus. Should I continue the treatment?

There are criteria for diagnosis of lupus. You can check the website of American College of Rheumatology and the EULAR. If you don't trust the clinical judgement of your doctor, see another doctor!

I agree. I like everything about this video except how quickly he speaks and how he often says go watch other videos. No one wants to go spend 20+ mins watching one video just to go watch another 20+ min video.
