That's a great video, but I think different shades in the image are due to interference between diffracted (from specimen) and undiffracted light from source, not due to speed difference (which I think is constant).

Sir, here objective lens allow both S wave and D wave?? Because in dark field microscope objective allow only D wave. Annular ring is common for dark and phase microscope??

Hlo sir ...jahan se mne padha h vha ye bataya h ki specimen light moves fast with high intensity front white region and background light will scattered from dark region by -90° so form dark background.... Sir me confused hun isme plz btaye kon sa sahi h???
