One of the more obscure Phil Collins songs, especially until its recent release on the Other Sides compilation in 2019, I Like The Way is an outtake from the No Jacket Required sessions, released as a b-side to One More Night.
The standard version of this song is about 4:30, but the version on the 12" single is slightly longer at 5:04, featuring a slightly longer coda at the end.
This is actually sourced from two alternative sources: the first four minutes is using my own personal One More single CD (WPCR-2064) which is actually cleaner than the version on Other Sides. The version on Other Sides appears to be a copy taken from a record, with the presence of crackles and noise, especially at the start.
The audio from 4:00 onwards is taken from very a high quality needle drop of the 12" single, and has been seamlessly edited together to make a recreated "digital" version of this track.
