Phil is the only one that can make a real comeback better than jay cutler did! The nerve endings are healed boys ,and girls .the 3 d effect is coming back ! After being sick phil the gains you can make now are better than you had in years !$$$$yes Sir
What i find interesting is that 2020 was improved in the abs than 2018, however, in 2020 I completely missed my peak onstage which has never happened before in my 15 year professional career. With that said, its all about addressing the weaknesses and learning and growing from them to improve which is why I am also sharing myself to you guys more.
@@PhilHeathTV You are human Phil, we all have our problems even when we do our best, and you got a little older too, we have to adjust due to age, but that aint easy to adjust right when it happens.. look who im telling, Phil Heath the king of bodybuilding! Have a nice day champ, see ya soon
You are the true champion of all time , non of the guys mr O winners physics can stand next to you , MrO8 came very close once )))... thank you for motivational videos , happy holidays
The 7 time Champ! This video got me hyped to go hit leg soon. Not an arm day but triceps and forearms looking crazy too. Wish I could cop that Lion sweatshirt 🦁
Hello Phil🌞you are sparkling..it makes us happy to see you in good shape and also gives us a big gift of knowledge...are you talking care of the cardio?..I hope so😉we al concentrate to much on building..but ouer hearts need cardio to be healthy..be strong and keep on the training..best regards from a cold sweden🙏
Jimmy thank you and yes I perform cardio 4 days a week minimum and have done so throughout majority of my career which has truly benefited my look and my internal organs
Phil you are an inspiration to millions around the world. Haters gonna hate, even at your worst you placed third and many had you second. Everyone knows when you hit your peak right and come at your best it’s game over.
Awesome video !!! At some points the background music was a little to loud, maybe reduce the background music when you are advising on technique...wish you the best as allways champ ,🔥🔥💪💪
I don'y have this particular machine were I train, but I do variant, I use the same exercise in the leg extension machine and I switch my legs over and over...
absolutely. I feel like my poses from my back shots showing off my hammies will go uncontested for many years. They have the insertions, but also the muscle and detail which no one else has currently.
@@PhilHeathTV You have legendary status no matter what. I remember when people was talking shit, now people appreciate you and we get hyped up watching you train, we know your capabilities, its golden watching the champ train and give tips. I wish you everything good in life
Phil Are calves all genetics? How were your calves when you started bodybuilding? Have you ever seen anyone with truly bad calves actually bring them up to par?
agreed Mike!!! Seems like the only place/sport which doesn't get too wrapped up in it. Only when these corrupt politicians take are gyms away are we upset and rightfully so.
I don't understand, why is he using so little weight? Is it becuase he weighs so much himself that that adds difficulty? i could do 200 lbs calf raises and 50lb rear prone leg curls
Quality of reps and mind muscle control that matters maybe. Not quantity of weight. Plus if he’s not competing what’s the point in trying to go crazy heavy with the weight.
I totally understand this, however, given my extensive history of playing basketball, track and field and now bodybuilding, I have grown them and now its about refinement.
Not every workout. Sometimes, one must be able to focus more on these movements, feeling the entire contraction. People at times overwork their low backs also with their weekly routine, so I made this for those people also.
Ahh athleticism. The hard training of using steroids to complete your goal. I know there’s always a little light that flickers in one’s head that says,,, “I’m big af…. But not naturally 😢”
my arm development, especially forearms have been from a variety of sports, early on in life. Playing basketball, dribbling day and night for years, playing the paino, creating dexterity along with performing various pulling exercises helped.
Phil can easily return and win the Oly ..but do they ( IFBB ) want to? I think not for business reasons . No way Ramy is better than Phil … come on Phil
