What a top guy! A very worthy Mr. Olympia. Phil sure knows his is gifted by nature, but he never mentions that. All he talks about is hard graft, perfect practice, consistency and perserverence. The 2013 Olympia will be so exciting! Phil vs. Kai vs. Jay vs. Branch...wow!

Fuck...so much for the form I've been using! Definitely can't do this range of motion with the weight I've been using for these rows!

200lbs adjustable dumbbells,weighted dips,incline floor presses,one arm dumbbell rows,weighted pull ups,dumbbell upright,for 6-8 reps,and 3-4 sets,all you need to get huge 50 inch chest and 18 inch arms ripped within 6-7 years,awesome is not it?

Why always ask how many reps? To gain muscle size 6-10 reps is more or less perfect right? So you don't have to ask that for every excercise. Why would I do 10 reps here and at another excercise 15-20 is perfect? That's nonsense. Always 6-10 in my opinion for muscle growth.

Sorry, I've to disagree with you. Even if you use steroids you need to work a lot to get that muscle to grow. Naturally yes it will build but there is a limit, steroids will allow you to go a little further.
