Tuesday, July 12, 2022 marked our third day in Philly. Today was our chosen “free day,” where we decided to dedicate the day to sightseeing. We took the very convenient Hop On, Hop Off city bus tour. We hopped off the tour at The Mutter Museum and Independence Hall to see the Liberty Bell and to see where our Founding Fathers wrote the Declaration of Independence as as well as where they debated and drafted our Constitution. We were lucky thst the National Park tour guide allowed us to join her tour at the last minute, even though we didn’t have tickets (tickets to the tour are only $1 and they recommend you but them in advance).
