I was in Philadelphia for one day only (part of my 2 week trip to New York City) and I was lucky enough to record all of this! I am from Oregon so I know nothing about this incident other then the fact that the full Philadelphia Fire Department arrived (that is what it felt like). You will see TV-News helicopters off in the distance when the fire units scream on by, so it was more then just a normal structure fire. If you know anything about this incident please let me know.
