This is based on my recent experience on 29th March I just like to share to help update other Filipino people who needs to go to Embassy #PHILIPPINESLEMBASSYUK#SPA
Maganda at nag improve na ang kanilang services hopefully magkaron na din sila ng photo copy machine para hindi na lalabas at hanapin pa kung saan yang post office..
The customer service in the Embassy is so poor,people can wait all day for assistance and never expect a reply from them if you e-mail an enquiry..they dont reply. Embassy staff need tobe told to help the public...not hinder as some people travel miles and miles to get there. Trying to contact them by phone is impossible as phone numbers online are incorrect.
