Building in the Philippines has its own set of challenges you’ll not experience anywhere else . My only suggestion would be try to be more proactive during the build you really have to be your own contractor and Forman if you want things done right . Good luck with everything .

TAKE AWAY THE CONTER TOP AND PUTT THAT ONE FIXING THE Gap FOR THE DISH WASHER. WHIT TAT SOLUTION YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY CLEARENS Issue WHEN OPENING THE Oven NOR THE DISHWASHER.. REGARDS Sweden

Amazing how quickly the gazebo went up! It’s probably the size of the average house in the Philippines. Many hands make light work.

I ended up doing double the armchair exercises. I missed last Monday's. LOL! And still my favorite Jumping jacks. Sorry to see the shotty work done on the Gazebo. Hope that they do a good job adjusting the roof/beam. The tiles around the pool are looking really good. Ouch on the ovens.

Your walkway stops at the bridge. To walk around, you have to step over the end of the bridge. Will u be wrapping around these ends?

Wow. You said you might be moving into your house in 7 weeks. How wonderful to be in there by Christmas this year. On one hand, the building seems to have gone on a long time, but also completed so fast at the same time. Is someone else in your family going to live in the smaller house that you live in now? It looks like a nice house from the outside.

If you take the granite bench top out under the ovens, will that same piece fit over the dishwasher cavity right down to the corner beside the ovens as one piece?

Mike about the oven. As it's a double oven setup I would have one oven below bench height then the second oven above .

Hi Mike, Will typhoon winds catch the gazebo roof where the trim doesn't drop below the beams?

Typically in a double oven configuration the bottom oven is placed above a pot/baking sheet drawer which is right above floor level. The top oven is still placed above the bottom oven. Floor > Drawer > Bottom Oven > Top Oven. The microwave is typically placed above the stove.

Where did you buy the oven?

Two things I'll comment on, first the roof facia on the party barn - I am very doubtful that what you're describing as the "fix" will satisfy yours or the bosses needs, just my opinion is that the roofers need to replace the facia to extend the full depth as it should as I don't think it will ever look correct or professional. Second is the double ovens, one even if they are moved to the right to line up with the angle of the countertop and lowered they will be awkward to access, I would move them more to the right probably the middle of that countertop area with space on either side and the lower ovens with the bottom ovens top even with countertop level and the upper oven on top of that and put the microwave under the kitchen island, I surly hope I've described what I mean properly. I'm extremely excited to see the finished house in all its glory.

I have been watching from day one all your mistake, listening to your spouse ( not a builder) and builder that doesn’t know what he is doing… there is no plan joke in the long build is the biggest joke on RU-vid.. It is good you have time and money to waste clearing you have money and time to waste.
