WOW ITS REALLY COMING ALONG. Still the living room looks small but it will look big because its open plan.

Look like you didn't put installation 😮, I recently put a new roof on my house in silang, this time i put the 5mm double sided installation, trust me when I say it has made a huge difference to the house temperature

No. We are higher elevation than the city proper. No worry of flood :)
