This is the first time ever that the Philippine Navy in its history became a blue water Navy from the usual brown water Navy and its just now learning to fire their Cstar missile from the "BongoGago Frigate",what's really impressive was the Nlos missile made by the Israelis fired from the Acero Class missile ship actually hit the targets and the FA50Ph can fire Maverick missiles like the F16.The building of the AFP will take at least 2 more administration and they gotta increase the AFP budget of only1% of GDP,gotta go to 1.5 or 2 % at least.
