P.S. I just noticed that once you set the time, you can actually adjust the time if you think it is already cooked to dial ZERO. I thought I cannot do it but you can actually fast forward it.

Thanks for sharing theres no way to turn the dial to 0 once set. Wonder if there is a way to add an always on function?

Hi Genie, you can actually, you just have to turn the knob if you want it to end right away but I do not recommend you doing this always

Hi Jennifer, I am located in Sydney Australia, I have just decided to purchase the Philips Airfryer in XXL Family Size. However I am undecided between the Digital and Analog version. Most mothers that I know own the Digital version, so I am torn. How and what made you decide to purchase the Analog version? Is it purely based on price? Love the crackling pork!!! Thank you!

Hi Cornwall, thank you for watching the whole video. Yes. Price is one thing. Second is, it is just the same as the digital one and it more straightforward to me than having to press a lot of buttons (I just set the degrees and turn the knob). If you want the digital, just go fo it! 💖 It would basically be the same but digital ones you press buttons for the time and there is a preset mode which is easier if you dont want to be always checking the manual for the right degrees and time. Overall, Id say, go for your instinct if money is not an issue. 🙂

I am thinking about the analog version more for the same reasons but I have read a few reviews saying that the print of the numbers around the timer dial do rub off over time. How is yours holding up so far? Tia!

Hi have you had the issue where the numbering has come off around the timer and temperature dial, and even on the top of the fryer?

Mine is still there. I just put a clear nail polish to ensure it wont get erased

Is it annoying that you can't turn back the timing knob? I'm thinking I should get the digital version. Also, have you noticed that the timer goes off prematurely? I've read a few reviews that say it does.

I put a cuticle remover and it is still there perfectly

Oh i dont think there is unless you marked it with a permanent marker as a guide

Hi Jojo, once you have the meat, wipe to remove water then add some olive oil then scrub or put salt and pepper plus 5 spice (really depends on how you want it to taste). My husband put it in the freezer after. I have to let it soften before I put it in the air fryer! That's it
