The Philips instructions mentioned that there's a 15 minute shut-off after 3 minutes of useage. However, our blender never worked, let alone for 3 minutes.
We unplugged the blender for 20 minutes before trying it again. Still no blend, nor motion.
What's even worse is that Philips Taiwan told us that this unit wouldn't be warranted for 2 years, as advertised due to this unit being a compensation for a defective food processor.
For a supposedly reliable brand, one would think that they would have enough confidence to back their warranty claims.
