I'm having a really weird problem. All 3 lights on the hub are solid blue so it's connected. My phone just won't connect to the hub. Can't seem to find a fix
After updating my hub (Jan 21) It refused to connect to the LAN. So I enter the Hue mobile app and selected the Hub info, via the info icon, I then selected 'clean up' from the hub menu, the hub resets itself and its parameters and then the hub instantly started working again, clearing the 'blinking' internet LED issue.
I have problems logging in, it does not allow me to enter, I have already created a new account, it has not allowed me to use spofity, even deleting the app, deleting the data from the devices has not helped until I sent the page Philips Hue, since they updated the app, it has been quite a problem, :( is there a solution for that?
I just got off the phone with tech support. They said they have been getting multiple calls about the same issue. So it sounds like it is an issue on Phillips back end. They said they would call me back when they had an answer. So it sounds like we just have to wait this out until they fix it. You'll notice we all posted in the last 8 hours so it must be a recent issue.
