I love making egg roll and all are AIR FRIED. They come out perfect, saves the mess from frying, and so much healthier. I've made salmon eggrolls, cheeseburger rolls, and breakfast eggrolls (eggs, turkey sausage, sweet potatoes). I don't eat beef but I'm going to try the Philly for events.
