Thank you so much for streaming the sphere run & posting these videos. With Dead & Co announcing that they will not be streaming their shows from the sphere, it really put it in perspective how much you guys care about your phans. You guys chose to provide an alternative for phans to experience that magical event that couldn’t afford a trip to Vegas & that speaks volumes. Hope to see you guys back in Nashville soon!
Indeed. A massive Thank you to Phish and their team! A band at the height of their creative abilities, quite literally leading the way forward in opening portals to new realms of creative possibility in live music performance entertainment. Another band: a groan worthy nostalgia act bilking rubes. I don’t condemn those who choose the latter, but I won’t lend no hand to raise no flag atop no ship of fools. Meanwhile, on THIS lonely trip: UP the Rigging! Take in sail, mind skipper will not fail. UP the PHeeeeesh! 🏴☠️🎏 ⭕️ ⭕️⭕️⭕️
I'm 163 years old and whenever fish plays I break open a bottle of Veuve and celebrate! Because how lucky are we to live in a time where we can witness such beautiful music? I only wish they were a band before I was 122 🤦♂️ not enough time to enjoy
Phish is a part of my whole growing up ever since a live one and living next to as well as working at Polaris amphitheater. They been landing spaceships on my brain since I can remember. Shit be fucking hitting
I’ve been to hundreds, and this was my favorite show I’ve ever been to. Certainly top 5. Sound quality, obvs lights/display, the scale and pure wonder of that room, the jamz, the vibes, the flow, everything. Top to bottom an absolutely elite phish experience by all in our crew.
Thank you! Def the highlight from my sphere experience. That and talking to guys in my same row who I met who had been seeing Phish since the 90s. We went nuts at the end of this jam, it felt like worlds colliding. Thank you Phish!
F’ing insane. Great camera work on this one. My 30 yr anniversary coming up this December and can honestly say more giddy than ever to see as many shows as my old ass can make it to. You guys are the best. Thanks for giving us so much joy!! 17min mark-21min enough said
Although I have been seeing my favorite band since 8-8-93, I can no longer go to shows. THIS is the only way I get to see my boys anymore. I haven't been to a show since the last Dick's show of 2014. Disability happens. But hot dam# are these Sphere shows AWESOME! As Drew Carry, having seen his phirst show, put it, "I had my (expletive) face melted off". Yep, sounds about right. EPIC phashion. Gotta love the grandfathers from Vermont. I miss shows!!!! I miss PHiSH!!!!!! Thanks guys. ps I was even a member of PLM. Anyone remember that group and what we stood for? If you were a member give a shout to this post. We got our wish!
They have a place for you up front. It's doable. Saying that with zero knowledge of the situation but fuvk...let's make it happen. I'll be your service human 😂
@@iamterrible4203 Ventura 98 was my cherry. Nice glad to know that Gamehendge is actually real life. When you learn Gematria you can see how the Axilla works. Remember, getting the victim comfortable is the first part of the witch craft. Now Wilson is really going to come down hard on the Lizards. The next few years will be difficult know matter where you reside unless you sell your soul to Icculus for the $$ and fame. Thank you for posting this talented band. Feels great this band will never receive another penny from my pocket book. The Forum 2015 was last time seeing Phish live.
A lot of great drummers out there. Fishman has been undisputed #1 for me for years, but now there's Tom Skinner of The Smile. Tom was recruited by Jonny Greenwood.
13:52 Thats what i see with eyes closed sober, i mean its not that detailed and colorful but the wave motion coming out from center is exactly on point! I thought i did too much drugs, but now i think it was not enough😅
Well if that is true Phish lost alot of money, as will all bands that play the sphere. IMO your numbers are way off my I have no knowledge of the system.
@@MrYatesj1 The $30k figure comes from a source close to the event reported to (if I remember correctly) Relix. As for losing money on the event, the reported gross was over $25 million for the event, so even at a figure of $10-15million for the effects, they still made plenty of money off the run.
Mike was beat up for exercising the decision-making process of an extra terrestrial, by the Hell's Angels! At Jone's Beach no less. ( That's a double ouch. Good thing the Phish didn't exist then) Bruh! Who's got my extra's for last years Gamehenge on Ice/Broadway, yo?
Still my favorite band and I could care less if a song/show isn’t great. They have more than earned their respect. But unless it got significantly better after the 11 minute mark where I stopped listening, this is one of the worst versions I’ve heard.
who stops listening to a 30+ minute Phish jam at minute 11? That's like a hottie just took all their clothes off and wants to get busy and you just left the room. This is my favorite DWD ever - I was there - it was freaking magical. For sure the beginning is a little rough - but it builds to absolutely soaring heights - and that's the beauty of Phish - perfect imperfection. This is the song I have relistened to the most since we were there.
Geez..You pick a Band like this to play in a Billion Dollar Sphere...WTF...Who the Hell is in Charge of The Booking, Bands.... C'MON,,... TERRIBLE... I LIKE GREATFULL DEAD MUSIC, BUT NOT IN A SPHERE....
