A dodgy driver is caught using his phone at the wheel. He also shows disregard of rules and poor planning as he ends up well beyond the ASL and the final solid line. I reported this guy to the police. Police response is always vague lately, but my sources confirmed that this driver either got a warning letter of fines and points on his license.
