I love how, in the quiet moments, you can tell that Phos is still Phos. Even with everything that's happened, and all that Phos has learned and lost, you can still see Phos's true character deep inside.
right when antarc died , it killed me because even till the latest chapter, phos havent forgiven himself for letting 2 people go to the moon and the change is just so huge and so heartwrentching
cestalia yeah and both of them, caingorm, and phos kinda use each other as a way to let go of their guilt (caingorm to lapis) (phos to antarc) after phos losing his head and implanting caingorm. Then phos loses memory again, and questions sensei- caingorm and phos teaming up to go to the moon (where phos learns sensei and lunarians purpose) goes back to earth, and make half of the gems to go to the moon
cestalia it's really sad looking at it, how much phos changed from innocent/naive to questioning everything. He said he fights the lunarians because he loves sensei, but he seems to forget what he said and goes against him. For such a simple/cute art style, the manga makes me so sad
read the manga guys, the character development will become even more shocking. edit: nevermind, phos's suffering is immeasurable and it gets worse with every chapter edit2. don't you love when your cute anime waifu transforms into some kind of a bloodborne eldritch beast
Kanra / Same lol. I really want to buy the whole series just so I can binge it again, say that I've bought it just because I love it that much, and watch it on big screen so that I can make my siblings watch it with me lol.
If this gets a second season I really hope they don't change the voice actress even though it would be reasonable choice for the plot (you'll know what I mean if you've read the manga)
In the year 2028 or whenever we get the final 1/3 of the manga adapted, "Phos Noises Episodes 25-36" is going to be fucking TERRIFYING, let me tell you
the noises are going to be like: i̴̢̟̿̈́͒f̴̖̣̘̜̘̝͕͖̺͙͉͚̼̂͐̐̈ͅ ̵̰͍̮̲̹̎͆̅̾̓̏̒ͅǒ̶̧̱̥̟͖̘͓̪̀n̶̠̪͍̙͕̰͚͋͂̒̄̿͌̆̎́͘͘͝l̸̨̧̜̭͓̬͕̳̗͓͓̤̉͐̐͐́̈̐͆̃͊̕͠ͅỳ̴̨̜̝͕̤̳̰̩̮̻̭̋͋͌̈̿̒̆̆͆̎͆̚͝ͅ ̴̨̲̺͕̼͓̜̥͎̘̠̬͓͎̈̃͑̉̓̈́͋̕͜͝͝y̸̩͔̗̐̃͆͆͆͝o̷̡̧̱̥̜̝̥͚̤̝̬̳̎͗̈́̌̎̈̿͜͝͝ừ̸͚͈͈͚͙̳͔̹̋͐͗͜͠ ̴̧̨̨̡̛̛̛̠̱͍̖̮̱̱̼͈͙̾̅͂͌̔̾̐̔͋ẃ̴̛͙̜̦̻͚̟̳̱̋͂̾͌̈̎̊͋̈̋̚̕e̵͚͒̌͆͒͂͊̆̽͌̈̄͒͐̚͠r̷͚̰̲̜͖̻͍̰̂̉̽͑͒̈́̽̈̀̑́é̸̡̯͚͍̫̩̋́̆͋n̷̫̼̹̍̓´̸̧̧͚͙̳̦͉̹̹̥̃̇̆̚͘ţ̶̡̢͍̻̯̣̱̠͇̤̖̉̾̊̊̈́ ̷̢̥̭̹̫̱͇̟̥͂̀̆͆̕͜h̶̡͓̗͈̟̪̟̝̊̈́̓e̴̪͎̤̗̣̱̩͔͚̝̼͉͓̞̎̈̅̆̃̋̾̉̍̍͘ͅr̸͉̜̪̟̣͓͓̲̩̯̋̀́̏́͘e̷͍̒̓̏̽͝
@@anyavillanueva1137 That really hurt to read. I don't know if I'm excited for an anime adaptation, or if I want it to never happen... The anime is so pure right now...
Stop it now then... The more you want to know, the more you mover forward Phos futures, the more you misa old Phos. Baby Phos was such an useless weak anyoning crybaby kid... The kid we all miss 😰😢 I just wanted for Phos to be happy
That is their choice They are genderless so We are free to use she as long as They look like girls that has nothing to with being a dumb girl lover Or a worthless otaku, İf you are not sexist Shut your mouth We didn t say something wrong
Yay cookies! Btw to the ones who are too lazy to read, spoiler ahead: chapter 35, Phos decides to go to the library to learn how the Lunarians communicate, and if you have watched ep 12, Phos hears "Fu" from the Lunarian, on the library he repeats the sound and *Ghost* (new character) shows up and says "Fuan" which stands for *Anxiety* So, noice •-•)b *Hope most got the cookie*
hello! this information is up to chapter 87! yes, phos is still suffering immeasurable pain and you're really gonna wonder if there will be a happy chapter and basically you just want phos to be happy again.
@Ruhina Fujimoto It's too good to spoil. Every chapter is a bombshell and it goes by quick. Honestly, it's hard to spoil without losing on some of the parts that keep it together.
I love how even after Phos loses Antarctictite, you can tell that they're still Phos in how they act. She's more serious now, a lot more than she ever was, but she still has moments of vulnerability and childishness. Yeah they're a lot different now, who wouldn't be after losing someone so important? But they haven't really hit that point of no return and really started to spiral yet, and I think that makes it so much more dreadful when that does start to happen later.
God phos, you're the character that I felt most saddest about and I only imagine a happy ending for you in my head. The immense struggle and character change you went through doesn't deserve 10000 years of complete solitude from your friends who you wanted to save..
Phos’s voice actor is one of my favorites, her expressions and tone of voice is everything I love it so much. It’s so life like and really emerges you in the character shes voicing. She also voices many of my favorites, Phos is one of many.
I hate looking at this, knowing what Phos becomes in the manga, its heart wrenching, Spoilers: especially their mangled form in the recent chapters, makes it all the more difficult and hurts that the kind and loving Phos from season 1 had just developed strong powers and regained their will, became such a monster. Losing so much of them self and yet no one can see her pain.
Well their body condition relates to their mental condition and memory so no surprise she's gotten a lot of things messed up internally even before involving the plot. I mean, she was reassembled from scraps, scraps that themselves are already missing a lot of her (she didn't have her original head, legs or arms even before she was shattered).
This exact video is what pushed me over the edge to watch the show, I’m now obsessed probably more than I should be literally the best thing going on in my life rn
Phos' life will only continue to go down hill, such is the life of a malleable gem. Always wanting to question and change, only to shatter against those stronger.
