And when the time comes to make them redundant.............Herpes will not hesitate.........He who tried and did his best, went down the road just like the rest.
If it's anything like the huge place they have in Rugby there's no one to kick anything around. It doesn't employ a soul. Entirely run by robots. All the jobs are gone. A tory parasites dream of heaven.
Brett Harland It’s all done handball. They have over 100 staff on a shift. Parcels are thrown into the trailers by hand. Parcels are smashed, crushed and stood on. Why? Because time matters more, I worked there👍🏼 I once had an iPhone loose, I didn’t know what to do so I asked the manager, he just thrown it in the bin..😂
Al Murray after a stroke and a caffeine spike. Not surprised he didn't last long in the police. West Midlands loss was MAN Commercial Protection Ltd's gain.
I like your calm attitude, sense of humour and the fact that you acknowledge when people are friendly and even that the bald guy came back to admit he was wrong. Nice to see someone not simply out to cause trouble and provoke a hostile reaction.
I'm finding this very educational as a security supervisor of a secure site. Most places tell you when you start that photography is not allowed and that is often true when ON site on private land. But a lot of guards don't understand the law in regards to photography from a public place, and all we can do is educate people. 100% of the time you would be approached by guards and police because it is a very unusual encounter and experience. Thanks for this.
I think even FP would tell you that coming out to have a chat is expected.... but its the approach you take and the words you choose that's important.... By all means, go out and have a chat, ask if they need anything, ask if they would mind letting you know what their up to, but to do anything other than that is out of order
Dave, the fact that you do what you do and watch stuff like this makes me believe you're good at your job brother :) I like to video and take pics and I don't like it when people give you crap for it. You're clearly someone who wouldn't get in my face when doing so and I thank you for that :) Merry Xmas from my family to yours! Hope you have an awesome one and hats off to you and the site your clearly protect well :)
Fantastic Venue & great to see the Pub Landlord along with Lenny Henry doing the rounds with the Pontins Blue Coats. missed the chance to buy tickets, so thank you for this rare footage, burst two ribs laughing at the entertainment.
Dude stop parking your vehicle so close. That way they get your name and address when they check it. It will come back to bite you when they start to harass you.
I was once stopped by the police in Burnley walking to the train station, carrying luggage which included a tripod. The police officer wanted to know what I was planning on taking photographs of because of "y'know, everything that's happening just now". I replied that I was going to the train station...FFS. Meanwhile work vans are getting robbed up and down the country and the police literally take no interest.
I love your concise and calm responses to people and somehow manage to turn the need to answer the questions onto them. I wish I was so cool during heated discussions.
Nearly spat my coffee out when I read that comment!! I liked the fact his hi viz said 'MAN' on the back. I wondered if it was to remind him whose coat it was.!!
It never ceases to amaze me that they always provide the desired reaction. All these security guards need to do is ask the question, quickly realise the real purpose of the photographer and then just walk away and wait until he gets bored and moves onto the next prospect, Simples.
mcdonalds is his previous employer.. ? in his terms and conditions layed out by his doctor was that he wasnt allowed near anyone human. and that he must not be allowed near anything sharp.
Never seen your films before, but got to say these are some of the funniest things I've seen in a long time, I cant believe that you haven't been approached by Netflix to screen them on TV. These are by far the best entertainment that you don't need a BBC license for. Keep it up mate.
this is what happens when you dont pay your tax bill, its either employ special needs or the baliffs will smash your doors in... hermes are victims just like the poor camera guy and us for watching it...
Next time ask the Security Guard if HE has PERMISSION to come off property onto a public sidewalk and GIVE YOU UNLAWFUL ORDERS !!! Also ask him if he's checking any cars WITH DASHCAMS that may be recording !
Love these videos, thank you for not only making a point regarding our rights and freedom's but also making us aware of what buffoons are in charge of these sites. 🏴
Noooo.... Don't fall for that ol' chestnut. He said "ex-Police", he didn't say Police Officer. A lot of former Police Force employees tend to do that, I knew a guy that got a descent job at a Uni as head of security, it was made common knowledge he was "Ex-", he was a civvy responsible for Lost Property.
Excellent stuff Focus Pocus. Really enjoy the quality of your videography and photography. As well as your amiable approach yet firm stance in the face of different levels of hostility.
Dave Mustaine No. Cars can park on the pavement without being ticketed for being on the yellow line. BUT it’s illegal for a car to be DRIVING on a pavement. But a parked car isn;t being driven. It has to be seen to be driven for an offence to be recorded. BUT cars routinely park half on a pavement and half on a road. Technically illegal as the car had to be driven onto the pavement. But if cars did not use the pavement to park, access would be blocked on 1000s of UK streets because they are so narrow and built before cars were mainstream. So, it’s a law that isn’t really enforced.
im gobsmacked !!!!! in this day and age i CANNOT believe how many people are misinformed about filming in public, i would have told them , that when the police HAVE confirmed that your correct ,that they can come back to you and apologise, for there ignorance.......
What a good advert for Hermes, bet they get loads more customers from this video. They can be assured their precious goods will be well protected with this team on the job.
Nice channel. Not a lot of good 'auditor' vids from UK photographers, but I like your style of presentation and generally affable attitude. And the photography is OK too.
With a large tripod be careful that the police do not try to charge you with obstruction of the footpath. Be ready to move if necessary if any one comes along.
@DC-8 Tailpost I totally agree with you but the police are not like you or me are they.?They will make up the charge and use it to try to ID. Best not to give them that excuse. I did say be prepared to move didn't I?
Gotta say I've watched a few of your videos and like the way you conduct yourself. What gets me is if some of these companies don't like pictures taken then block the view from the street eg better fence shrubs hedges etc.. and police seem be confused on who they are employed by. they do not receive their pay from the company that calls them. If no laws are being broken then surely they should simply inform the complainant and move along.
I documented here a few months a go. From a social and geographical perspective. The backdrop of Fiddlers Ferry, how USAF Hangars have been replaced by Global Capitalism Hangars. How the town was promised a techonlogical science park, then the recession gave us the ultimatum of a high security prison or flat pack industrial park. I was down there for a few hours, didn't get any hassle.
You should see the new fecking housing estate they're building now on the old airfield, as someone who grew up literally over the motorway in great Sankey and still live by here, this town is going to shit, the council are breaking guidelines set out for them and are destroying the greenband they are supposed to protect, if you ever think about covering anymore stories about this area please feel free to contact me and I could get you quite a few people who'd be happy for an interview, if you haven't already please visit the RAF Burtonwood Heritage center near Gulliver's world and have a a chat with the blokes in there and they'd be more than happy to have a chat about how the area has changed and false promises made by the council
I love the way you stand up for your rights, it really annoys me that these people think they have the right to demand to know what your doing. Your a great auditor please keep your videos coming
@ChessmindedThinker The biggest single failing of the police and security services in the history of terrorism and you're trying to use it to your advantage. A 'known' man who'd been on a terrorist watch list, on private property, carrying a rucksack that he could hardly stand up with in a venue that he had no business being, looking so out of place and yet he still was able to detonate, because of pr!cks like you. You're comparing that to a photographer in public....you silly silly man. The fact that you are this stupid is the reason that why terrorist attacks work and children die. Get another job you m0r0n.
Obviously don't know if all of the videos taken have the same theme to them or just ones posted, no criticism meant, but it's noticeable that these big companies have a default position of assuming they can do what they want, all of the examples I'v seen leave the companies with a case to answer for harassment.
"Man Commercial Protection Ltd", they're good! I appreciate that this posting is two yrs old, but seriously what sad times we live in! Looking forward to some new audits from you soon.
Good thing the people here in the Netherlands are not as paranoid. I have been filming a large postal distributioncenter and a insurance company, and peope didn't even blink. Some of them were even waving and asking "i'm I gonna be in the paperp?" and they went on their way. The people in this video should take their medication before they leave home.
So if a person has a good photographic memory, it would create a suspicion if you where caught looking at the building for any amount of time, but a camera is different, how?
Hi FP, nice work yet again. I see that Mateus Bully has commented about parking where they could get your reg number. Of course, only certain people can access the DVLA and Hermes per se would not have access BUT don't forget that Mr. Angry told you he was ex-police. As you yourself pointed out to the officer in your Rolls Royce/Cheshire Police drone video - misuse of police computers is rife. It just takes a quick phone call to an old mate.... As you said though, Mr. Angry calmed down and all ended well.
I think he went to lock himself into his safe space...he was totally pissed off and if looks could kill...you and your car would have exploded via his heat ray eyes.
After watching US audits, it's nice to see one's done here, but like has been said if you park so close to where you audit they will just identify you through your vehicle.
The video at Hermes your car is on double yellows. The double yellow go from a boundary on 1 side to the boundary on the other side, not just the road but a physical boundry
Hi, for future reference. Double yellow lines on carriageway cover black of footway, i.e. boundary to boundary edge of public highway which covers any footpaths. So you could be ticketed, if police should showed any interest - which is very unlikely. Most councils employ parking wardens who only look for easy targets, in city centres.
This type of photography must pay well if you can afford a gitzo, lol. You should tell them you are recording air currents and it is of particular interest that the air currents around their facility are behaving in an aggravated manner.
Shouldn't you ask for some form of ID from any of these security guys before you talk to them? Don't they have to provide you with that? Maybe get an Uber to your spots, and get an Uber to pick you up?
Initially I thought why cause all this grief to ordinary working folk. After watching yours and other YT channels I realise it has wider implications for our country. Knowing what the law is so important. Being ignorant is not an excuse.
