Pictures and videos you can either click yourself with your mobile or camera. Or else if you want to be clicked from a distance then you can tip 50 Baht to the guys there and they will do it for you.

No, they don't provide DSLR and will simply use your camera or mobile phone for clicking pictures without any additional charges

Yeah, the price for photographs and videos with a big tiger was 1000 baht, medium 900 baht, small 900 baht. Not sure about the cheetah.
