Physical "NFT" Hotwheels. But I hate NFT's?

I have done plenty on this topic of the mattel creations hotwheels nft's, but yet I am back at it again and this time you may be calling me a hypocrite! But let me explain with my new completely real physical car that I redeemed. There are 2 more on the way but as mattel shipped it so early I thought why not take a sneak peak and see what the actual deal is. Will I love it or feel my money was taken?
I think way back when I made the videos I did admit I would buy into the series 6 of nft's as the rare redeemables just tempted me so much and now we are here finally at redeem date!
Let me know if you think im a hypcrite!

I'll be honest, man, the whole reason why I followed the "clickbait" was because I interpreted it to mean that you hated Non-Fungible Tokens in general, and I was gonna point out here in the comments that the Hot Wheels "NFTs" were actually fungible. Then I watched the intro, and now I see what you're talking about! One thing's for sure, though - no matter how much money that it takes, no matter how "rare" that it is (unless it's a 1/1, which I'm pretty sure that they're not), if I ever get to add one to my collection, then I'm going full-on Diecast Liberation Army on that sucker! #SorryNotSorry

haha! To be fair though that is a point I have not considered, some of the cars are indeed not NFT's as they are fungable! No 1/1 cars here but I agree going DLM on them might be the best thing, they are hard to enjoy fully kept inside the blisters!

Not sure about hypocrite. Addict might be a more accurate term 😂 That's a very nice car tbf, would you say it was worth it having spent what you have? I'm still not sure what the whole process is with these HW NFTs and how you cna claim a real car.

Yes, defo an addict for them! I do love this car to bits but I dont really know if it was worth it. They dont seem that much better than a premium hotwheels you would buy from the shops! And basically you buy some packs, if you luck out with a super or ultra rare you wait for ages the token drop date, then mattel gives u a "token" on your account. Just hit claim and then checkout like normal.
