At Bar Ilde, in the temple of Rimini piadina, we retraced the whole procedure to make a piadina (Romagna's flat-bread) without professional equipment. Together with Ilde and her family, through the skilled hands of the "azdores", we discover the secrets of a simple and tasty dish, a symbol of Romagna and Italian summers. ATTENTION: the original recipe calls for lard, but it is possible to replace it with EVO oil, check the ingredients below.
