80w90 oil is not good for the clutch, because it does not have anti-slip technology... use the same oil as in the engine... for example Motul 7100 15w50. this is information directly from Italy.

Если в мопеде святят фары и крутит стартер , работают повороты но нет искры то вероятней всего - узел от - Датчика хола, Камутатор, катушка зажигания и высоковольтный провод до свечи нужно смотреть ... Если мопед не реагирует на ключь - и ни чего не горит то в первую очередь нужно смотреть Предохранитель ... Электрический Ток как вода течет по трубам - проверять нужно с предохранителей , чаще всего проблема в них, потому смотреть что бы свечной Провод и колпак имели хороший контак , Датчик хола дает импульс на катушку зажигания ... Самый простой путь - методом исключений - но для этого нужен второй такой же мопед с которого снимаются работающие запчасти и меняются местами ...
I dunno bout others, but for my situation. My 110cc bike with chain is so much cheaper n easier to maintain than my 110cc scooter. 😊✌️👍 Chain last longer too. ✌️
I believe that, when they took away the old style scooter with the clutch and the four gears along with the spare tire and lug nuts that were east to get off along with the split rims that made it so easy to replace the tire yourself they screwed over the scooter industry.@@bernardmt7090
this guy works so sloppy and very clumsy. I enjoy watching seeing inside these as I love sooters, but no way in hell id let him touch my bikes. didnt clean or replace the grease in needle bearing, let alone grease on boss pin or even taking apart and using new grease in guides in clutch. terrible. grease will not hold this long till 24000miles. half assing things. also the way he used the impact wrench almost stipping the bolts. very sloppy and clumsy work. enjoyable to watch piaggio scooters torn down, but horrible work. "if the boss pin wiggles get a new variator" hahaha. ok.
