@@brandokieft9567 certainly no bad words for this guy but you are right. He didnt even center the crankshaft after putting the casings together, thats a quick method to mess up new bearings. And no squish measurement :(
VERY GOOD JOB! WITCH TRANSMISSION DID YOU USE? THE MALOSSI ONE OR THE ORIGINAL 125 ONE? THNKS. I AM PREPARING A GILARDONI 125 TO 180.SO I NEED TO KNOW.
Grymt!
@@noelwillemsen3449 just search for Original Piaggio sm06 180cc and not sito plus crap the real sm06 exhaust that are installed under the runner 180cc or italjet 180cc. They are silent and perform way better then the 125 standard exhaust
Can I ask you a someting? Do you have a list of all the parts you bought. I wanna do this to mine skr 😊 and if you ask, yes I have a lot of expierence 😙
meguiars compund och polish, hård skumtrissa med compund och mjuk med polish, tänk på att gärna använda litre extra medel på plastkåpor då de inte tål värmeutvecklingen lika bra som plåt.
Hi! i have a question, does the piston from the kit comes with the same size pin as the original or do you need to change the crank? Thank you for the video!
1 mistake here...when you put the 2 halfs together...always tap the crankcase left and right side with a plastic hammer to remove tension from the crankcase and bearings of putting the 2 engine halfs together...and also why dont change the rear tire?! it is worn and dangerous with that speeds
Where was the torque wrench for any of the case bolts or cylinder bolt. No squish band check. I could go on as I I see quite a lot wrong with this engine build.
