technically you could take any grand piano preset and lower the release and cutoff to get a sound similar to this but I think Frizk uploaded a video showing how he made all my fellas where he showed the exact plugin

The plugin is the korg module, which you can use in GarageBand. You can download it in the AppStore, but I am not sure with desktop. All you need is the free version of korg module and you don’t need to put any money to get this sound. Once you have korg module turn the release cut all the way down, then you have the release cut piano.
