This is the first of the Star Trek Picard Viewer Theories... these are theories from viewers who have commented on previous videos, with this episode's topic asking "Who is Dahj"?
Is she Jean Luc Picard's daughter? Offspring of the Borg Queen and Picard?

3 different viewers theories on the same subject... funnily, they could all work in some way based on the limited details and hints we know so far... which is your favourite theory? Dahj is Picard's daughter? Dahj is Data's daughter? Dahj is Seven's daughter? Or do you have a new idea entirely? after watching the show, most would agree on Dahj being Data's Daughter, but I still think Picard is her father, Data is her mother... Oh my

What could be interesting too, is what if Dahj is essentially a Borg, but not of Borg origin. She's a 50/50 cyborg, but of Federation or Romulan design, or both... after having reversed engineered how to make a cyborg, from Borg tech. This would make her quite valuable indeed.

Gotta say, the 7otay daughter totally fits for me!... Unless with all the Romulan apperences she's got a Tasha Yar/Sela connection!?!?

Omg can u imagine if that kid in the trailer calling ‘dad, Jean luc Picard is here’ is actually Dahj :)

Picard may remember her best of both worlds that I could see, but Star Trek II always bothered me when Khan said he remembers Chekhov wasn't even in that episode!

Can not be a daughter of Picard. The Borg use maturation Chambers the make children grow quickly.

That's a good point, maybe it was a case that she was in a maturation chamber but when Janeway took out the Borg with the virus at the end of Voyager, she stopped growing at that point and then grew normally afterwards...? I agree tho, that's definitely something they would need to explain in the series if this is the route they go.

By the dawn of the 25th century Starfleet's morals do seem looser & they already have a history of wanting to disassemble Data to figure out how to build more androids. I'm thinking the girl Dahl is built by Starfleet/Section 31 based on studying Lore, Data's work with Lal, & Juliana O'Donnell's human lifesign tech along with Borg tech. Especially with as intertwined as Lore & Hugh's storyline is as well as the Borg Queen's intrest in Data during First Contact. As for the Romulan don't forget the Borg reached their territory first destroying colonies. I'm sure there are many former drone refugees that were Romulan citizens.
