Haha, sorry. When the lock is tougher for me, I shut up and concentrate on the picking, and no good commentary. Basically, medium tension "tickling" the dimple pins, occasionally loosening it in case I may be oversetting. Once I get some rotation and a hard click noise, I switch to the sliders. I am not single pin picking them. I would call it rocking or raking them with light/medium tension.
@knowthebird Oh thanks, but it is me. The words dimple AND slider shut my brain down, like when Georgia Jim casually mentions 18 pins. Loved the pick! You made it plenty clear when you moved to the sliders.
These sliders I could just rock into place, so guessing no false gates. I know sliders can get much harder/scarier, but these seem very manageable. Thanks for watching!

Nice, I thought it was fun to practice with. Its not like anything I normally see. By the way, I assume Canada is like the U.S. in that most locks are pin tumblers and very few mortice/lever locks and very few euro profile locks. Are those correct assumptions?
@@Lockjunkie cool, good to know. There is actually a lock made in Canada by Dudley (a Canadian Master Lock subsidiary I think) they will not ship to the U.S. I have no idea why (its a high school locker combination lock). I may ping you about it some time.

Thanks, you were right. Don't judge a book by its cover. I watched videos online and you can unscrew the antisnap feature, remove a c clip on the bible, and you have two locks you can gut with standard followers. I am just feeling weary to gut it right now. I messed up 2 locks I like the other day not being careful enough. They are repairable, but you get the idea. Thanks for watching!
