Hello everyone! I am very exited to announce that I am picking up a new motorcycle today. Purchasing a new motorcycle is a great feeling that puts a smile on your face! I have never owned this type of bike before but I think it’s going to be something I will really enjoy. Dude! Sweet! I think the kind of folks that appreciate the tdubs will naturally gravitate to a bike like this. Proven tech, lots of mod information out there as well as available parts. Fun and great looking bike. Congratulations.

Definitely, one of the main reasons I got it was how reliable it is, and cheap / simple to work on. Been around for 20 years it’s proven!

@@MostroMoto I’ve heard nothing but good things about DRZs. Like the TW, they’ve been making them forever and seem to last forever

Nice! I used to have that exact bike! Great fun....the seat was my only complaint...never was able to find a seat that made it so I could ride it on longer trips more than 2 hours or so. Enjoy!

This will be fun to watch, I bet you will be able to keep up with traffic much better lol. I wish when I bought my bike the place actually had gear. I've been spending the past year trying to find stuff that fits online ( i live faaar away from a motoshop) its been a real hassle. They barely even had helmets where I got my bike. It was just a bad time of year/pandemic and all.

Yeah it’s tough right now, I’m definitely Lucky with my dealership. But even they are certainly lacking, usually they have a lot more. There is one other local dealership and they’ve got basically nothing, pretty crazy. Hopefully you can find something good, it sucks because you never know if it will fit when ordering online

The WR250r is a sweet bike, I wish Yamaha would release a street legal 400cc supermoto! That would sell like hot cakes

Weird choice coming from the TW... I went from the TW to the tenere 700 which retained some off-road capability. I mean why not go with the s?

I was looking at abunch of bikes both on / off-road. I wanted something a bit more street oriented. It actually is very similar to the TW200, carbureted, 5 gears, older tech, proven engine. I will be putting slightly more aggressive tires to take it down trails / fire roads. The S is definitely a great option! But for what I’m going to be doing I wanted the inverted forks, bigger front brake and better on road capabilities! I still have the TW, so still have my off-roading beast! Thanks for watching 😃
