Picking up the Pan America without side cases, how I do it. Kind of like an awkward 185 pound deadlift.

Thanks. I dumped mine, broke leg and foot. Had lots of help then. But I ride alone mostly pretty sure I can dump it again. You do a nice job informing Pan America riders, and the bike is so new we have a lot to learn. Big fan here. Don't stop.🏆👍

Great video. I dropped mine on the right side and everything you pointed out is true information. If the bike ever tips on its left side, I carry a small Velcro strap that I can use to hold the front brake lever so that it is fully engaged. It's stored on the bike by wrapping it around the right side mirror base. Thanks for posting.

It is considerably more difficult to pick up than my Street Glide. Great video and the exact same way I do mine.

The stock battery is so anemic - you have to hurry before the lights drain the battery - I was trying to get my helmet to sync to my New phone while I had it on before a big trip and it took the battery down to no start before I could get it done and screwed me.

Your front tire looks like it's wearing weird. Have you looked into it? Mine looks like it is starting to wear like that.

Mine fell over in the dirt due to that garbage kickstand, fell in some sand and a sagebrush, 1800 dollars in damage, such a piece of fecal matter! This is an adventure bike of your idea of an "adventure " is living at the HD dealer

Would the handlebar be distorted if this was done several times?

The factory bars shouldn't be, though with cheaper replacement handlebars that can happen. The factory bars seem to work like the old Pro-Taper bars, designed to flex slightly and spring back. The risers also seem to take quite a bit of stress, more with my H-D extended risers. If you had Chinese knock off extended risers I'd really be worried, especially if they were cast.
