Sort and sweet but please provide more technical description such as type of grip, how much spin, pace, ...how about an angle hack. Thx.

I think the whole point of serves like this is to have some unpredictability in your serving. Varied well placed serves can be much more effective than just power and depth. Advanced players can easily get a rhythm on a repetitive serve and can thus pin you back for your 3rd shot (greatly reducing odds of success). The key though is to have a locked-in setup and a simple repetitive motion that allows for some margin. Ben johns comes to mind. He' s the exact same every time in preparation and execution yet has power and precision

Nice risky serve that I return to your backhand in the middle I would try that when I had a big lead but not when behind.

How is this serve legal?

It's too predictable if uses too frequently. Most reasonable good players will be awarded due to the position that server stands. The return can be a cross court dink close to the net. It's more to target against less mobile or fast receiver.

That’s perfectly fair but a really cheap ace if missed.
