I've never tried with lemon juice before but I'm sure you can. The flavor will be a bit different.

I saw a recipe that had lime/lemon & vinegar so I guess it's been done! Try it-- I prob will too just to see how it tastes 😂

It's the kiwi pro slice peeler. You can find it on Amazon but your local Asian store might sell it for cheaper.
