Please do more cooking videos. When you said "most Russian ingredient", I thought Vodka. I think American propaganda (I grew up during the cold war) has warped my ideas on Russian culture.

well, no ;-) brined vegetables are preserved in salty water, pickled vegetables are preserved in water with vinegar and sugar. defferent kind
