Tony Vera, I just started watching your channel and enjoy the way you allow people attempt to maintain some bit of dignity by simply observing the situation without resorting to argue or name calling. You do a terrific job.
I don't know how many times I've been at the grocery store and a woman will have her partly opened purse sitting in her shopping cart and she'll step away to go pick out veggies and leave it unattended for minutes. It only takes 2 seconds for it to disappear. Great video because people need to be aware because this only gets worse over the holidays. 💘
Been there done that, I actually bent down to look at some baby clothes, told grandson keep an eye on basket, in a quick 2nd, a lady walked by took my purse. I lucked out, she stuffed it in a clothes rack, took my phone, it was old so it was a good excuse to get a new one. I had no money inside, called daugh & son in law, he got on the phone had all my cards canceled.
@@lindaolivas5713 When I go shopping I always loop the cart seat belt thru my purse strap and it goes nowhere. I've even gone up to women and told them that it was a good way to lose their purse. They usually say "I didn't even think of that." 😆
Oh wow!! Pickpocket...haven't heard that term in Years. Looks like he's really nervous or withdrawing. Either way I'm glad he got caught. Thanks for the another great video Tony and the reminder to be aware of pickpockets. Be safe.🙏🏽
A pickpocket, on the Bay Area BART train, someone will just grab a purse or a small luggage bag because someone is one their cellphone. NBC 11 has a RU-vid series called BART Derailed where a pickpocket is almost least of the problems.
Thanks for the reminder that pick pockets are out there and hard working folks need to take every precaution to protect their dough and valuables. Guy can’t be too bright or ‘professional’ since he has a very distinctive appearance that allows victims and police to instantly identify him. I think deep down he’s a narcissist who is in love with his appearance.
In certain lands pick pockets are free to go no jail time or anything after they fulfill the State's request to donate a finger or often their right hand.
This is rare, the pro pickpockets don't get caught very often. I believe the fellow which you are referring to Tony is the Nightstalker, Richard Ramirez. He looks alot like him. Sounds similar to him as well. No telling what this dude has been up to, but the guy needs to be fully prosecuted.
I wasn't aware pickpockets were still active. I figured the crime was more historical than actual, but clearly that's not the case. I wonder if this guy was a gypsy.
I was thinking the same thing. He is figgity, his fingers are constantly moving, his demeanor is like somebody who is on some kind of amphetamine. It's hard to say without looking at a possible UTI report.
