Picky Bride Wants Kate Middleton Style Dress For Caribbean Wedding I Say Yes To The Dress Canada 

The first dress did all her checklists: tulle ball gown, drop waist, beading sparkle, sweet heart neckline, on budget. And tbh none of these checklists match kate middleton or grace kelly wedding dress😂

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how pretty the fabric of her hijab is!!

She was not wrong - her sister has a great eye for what will look good on her. Both of her sister’s picks fit her gorgeously. I think the waist on first two gowns did diservice to her figure.

None of these dresses are Kate Middleton esque at all, she asked for one things and then described something different, she needs more clarity on what she really wants 😊

As a bridal consultant, I think she needed to try a flowier a-line style that followed her natural waist and let out at the top of the hip. A petite bride can end up looking cupcakey in a ball gown. Additionally the less robust fabric of the Aline would be more feasible and romantic for a beach wedding. Not a lot of direction here.

The dress the sister picked was perfect for her. Picky brides seem to choose dresses that don't look so good.

The blush gown was stunning! I don’t usually do pink but it was gorgeous. Her sister has great taste. The first one looked beautiful on her too. And even though the second didn’t suit her it was nice to see something different

A Kate Middleton dress is for a very formal wedding not a wedding in the Caribbean. What was this woman thinking? Those ball gowns are way too formal as well. The mermaid gown was much more appropriate for the venue.

Maybe she could get a big attachment skirt over the mermaid then take the skirt off for the engagement party best of both worlds

She has no idea what Caribbean weather is like. Who does a ballgown for a destination beach wedding??? They said on a deck, ok. However she will be so hot and sweaty, that she would regret that decision dearly. The fact that no one brought this up it's ridiculous.

I love how they didnt bully her into leaving with a dress she's unsure about. Brides should not have to settle for a dress they don't absolutely love

I'm glad she didn't rush into choosing a dress. She looked beautiful in all the dresses but at the very beginning she described her dream dress to be Kate Middleton inspired and none of those dresses were anything like that. She needed to go home and rethink what she really wants.

I am speechless. Of all the dresses I've ever seen on this show, she has 2 of the most beautiful EVER. The blush ball gown and the mermaid one right after it. They are so unique and stunning, they don't compare to anything else. How she didn't walk out with both is beyond me

The bride was overwhelmed since the beginning and I got the impression she was a little deluded by the ball gown, she imagined something different, I think. Also she was so specific about how the dresses should be and wasn't specially opened to try something different until her sister suggested that. Watching this, I learned the importance to get focus too, the intention behind a choice is as necessary as look fabulous and happy. The second dress was gorgeous on her, fit her silhouette amazingly as the mermaid did. The shimmery style was too much, maybe. In the other hand, I totally understand why she loves her fiancé; hope both are happy.

None of those dresses have Kate Middleton vibes. If she wants to keep the ballgown, perhaps ditch the bling beading and have a more clean, softer look. Or perhaps try an A-line skirt rather than full ballgown. If she's having a beach wedding, something softer and flowy might be more suitable. You can add subtle bling with a belt or jewellery.

IMO - this bride is short waisted so the ballgowns where the poofy skirt starts at the waist cut her off in a bad way. She definately needs a drop waisted dress.

It feels like people often refer to Kate Middleton but never try on anything that resembles her dress - lace and sleeves with no bling/sparkle.

Wow! The first one with the Hoop was really beautiful! I liked the Fit and the Sparkle a Lot. It feels like "the Sea" on, this is just my Vision. And I feel too curious how it would perform with a short Veil, cause I guess it might be windy on the Venue?! But the Hoop would keep the Silhouette perfectly in Place. I also guess that her Groom would like that one, also the bright white Colour. The blush Dress was also very beautiful. To me it would fit into a Garden or if the Ceremony would have a Fairy Theme. (Maybe her Family likes this? The Garden of Eden speaks for a rich Childhood for the New Generation, no Matter if they have own Kids or not.) The Mermaid Dress will be so cool at the Engagement Party!!!
