All our minds are similar in chemical and electrical composition. When you die that electrochemical activity doesn't just stop instantly. When you are brought back, that activity whilst your body was dead is still there. Why wouldn't the experiences be similar. It is well proven that time is REM sleep and the perceived time in dreams does not correlate. Even if you are dead for just a few seconds, the perceived passage of time could be much longer. I'm glad this experience makes you happy, but in no way does it prove the existence of a God or an afterlife.

The Christian belief that god loves human beings simply contradicts reality. 50% of all children who ever lived since Homo sapiens appeared on the scene roughly 200.000 years ago died from diseases and natural catastrophes. Life is built around a choice, “do you trust God or not?” Sole people choose to believe in Him, others choose to hold off on that belief until evidence is presented. A request that is impossible to satisfy because God’s evidence isnt the kind that they want. He is spiritual, you cannot prove this through material means. What we do have is a mind, and again, we can choose to believe that out insanely complex mind came to be out of pure chance, or you can choose to believe there must be something beyond the material. In the end its a choice. A choice made with out immaterial conciousness. Let that sink in I guess, or not, the choice is ours. Hiwever, once we open up to the possibility of something beyond the material, the Gospels start to make a lot of sense. The structure of our world is built to interact with our minds and morals perfectly. When we stray, there are consecuences. It all appears interconnected and inevitable inevitable at that point. Too many atheists try to take on the gospels without first entering in that state of mind. And because of this, they do not understand. Because they musy choose, but they have already made their choice. Life is a decision, they will never get the proof they seek and will die in ignorance if they choose to remain there. Thats not to say there isnt a truth. Teuth is there wether we see it or not, but if we chose to not see past our perceptions, then we lose a lot of depth. There is a lot of wisdom in the teachings of the bible, and you can see how God being never hanging, still maneuvers and is flexible for our sake. Because of love. Many people miss that and start calling out discrepancies, but again, that is like trying to talk calculus before learning to add and subtract. There is an order to these things, but they must first… choose

Richard Dawkins once said in an interview that if he saw God appear before his own eyes, he would dismiss it as a hallucination. As would many atheists. Rock solid proof doesn't force people to accept it. Flat Earthers come to mind as one example of people who deny the truth that is right in front of them. I've heard some people say, "He could force us to believe," but that would be against his nature. God wants a relationship with us, which by definition cannot be forced. Except for the part where without God you only have science. So, your theory must conform to science or your theory is just another name for God. God is not bound by our 4 dimensions so, time is not a quality by which he can be measured. It is no different than trying to measure the 3rd dimension of a 2d plane. It doesn't exist. So, it's not possible for God to have a beginning in our sense of the idea of time. For the universe to be eternal it would require that a number of scientific principles that are well established now are actually false. For instance the laws of thermodynamics. If the total energy in the universe is finite then if the universe is infinite all the energy should have been used up and converted to heat/expansion of the universe. There should be no evidence of a single point of origin (eg. the big bang). So, we know that there is as beginning to the universe because science proves this. All theories of the origin of the universe cannot argue from a purely scientific perspective because all theories require something to have existed outside the current rules of science, no matter what you try to argue, something had to come from nothing for the universe to come into existence. This requires something super natural, that is, something that cannot be explained by our current scientific understanding. I don't believe God can ever be "proven" by science. God wants us to believe in Him by faith. So, I don't try to convince anyone that God exists using science. But, He's real. :)

How much have we learned? Nobody knows, but obviously not much. My guess is in single digits. Leave alone the Big Bang, we have no idea what the electron is. And since science doesn't give us all the answers we are looking for, we compensate with other ideas. Like the theory of God. It's pure psychology. Kids are more honest in that regard when they have imaginary magical and mighty friends for protection or just to have company. We hate to be alone, unprotected, helpless, so we use the tools we have to fix it. There is no mystery here. And science slowly gives us some of it, pushing the idea of God further away. You can observe it through history. And that explains why some people are more religious than others.

That’s actually not true at all. As all Christians who read the bible know that when we come into the presence of God one day we will have full knowledge. And still be dumbfounded by the glory that is God. In the throne room there are angels singing “Holy, Holy, Holy” for all time continuously. The reason they say it three times is because each “Holy” is a power to the other. And they continue to find new aspects of God which dumbfound them. And in the Christian heaven the saints and believers join in praise saying “Holy, Holy, Holy”. Completely satisfied in the presence of the Creator. All that to say, our goal as Christians is to increase in knowledge and wisdom and understanding of the Creator and to worship Him. A part of that is to see His glory in His creation. Even without faith when we come into full knowledge we are satisfied as God is so vast, and so Good, and so loving.
