Tasty Pigs in Blankets. Very simple dough on water, pleasant to work with.
INGREDIENT LIST
Cup = 250 ml
Sausages - 6 pcs.
All purpose flour - 200 g (1 + 1/2 cup)*
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Warm water (not hot!) - 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 20 g (2 tbsp.)
Baking time - 15 minutes at 180℃ (350 °F)**
* flour is different for everyone, always add gradually. You may need a little more or a little less.
** baking times are approximate. Because ovens are different, be guided by your oven
