Merry Christmas Kay! You're a source of delight every time I tune in, it must be a lot of work to keep the videos going but we're grateful that you do. Thanks, and have a great New Year too!
Those pigs in blankets looked right succulent. Well done. I love pigs in blankets. There was one time I went to an all you can eat Christmas buffet and, believe it or not they had loads of pigs in blankets being kept warm under a hot light. Afterwards, on the way home I saw three Christmas elves throwing a shopping trolley in to a river. Fumbs up.
I hope this doesn’t sound presumptuous but you seemed kind of sad in this video, Kay :( I hope everything is okay and that you’re taking time for yourself this holiday season!! Be well! ❤
I have been following you Kay for years and I love the videos! You put so much love into your cooking. It's very nice to see!! I have a playlist of everything I cook, just in your honor. I look forward to the next video! Have a Merry Christmas and a happy new year!!
I live in Michigan USA and I've noticed people call cabbage rolls stuffed with meat and rice Pigs in Blanket. Not sure if it's a regional thing or what.
For those asking, a pig in a blanket. Is a pork sausage wrapped in bacon. Americans wrap hot dogs/link sausage in bread/biscuit/scone, dough. (Pigs in a duvet/sleeping blanket). We wrap, it in puff pastry, and call it a sausage roll 🤣
Can Kay respond with anything else but " Merry Christmas". Cooking the sausages a wee bit before the final taste might mean they are not raw. Merry Xmas Kay,
Blooming brilliant, Kay! Thank you for showing us how to make pigs in blankets. Would you believe, I've never, ever made them, but I will now, after your explanation. Merry Christmas to you, Lee and Curley!
Even if we agree that's the case the use by or freeze by date is Feb 2023 and frozen pork should only be kept/used up to 6 months after freezing. She'd still be 4 months beyond when she should be consuming that bacon, but hey go off sis. If they're used to this and it doesn't make them sick it doesn't matter. I don't suggest this for the average person though. @@katvtay

What a fantastic take on your recent classic, "Chicken In Blankets" From 12 days ago. Me and the Boys are gonna have to try this one! Instead of us (Me and the Boys) suggesting a new recipe, why not ask Lee what he would like for dinner and call it the "Lee suggestion special!" Big love from Me and the Boys
Merry Christmas Kay! Loved your video, looks delicious :) We had pigs in a blanket growing up, where we would bacon it if wanted, major change is we would wrap the outside in pastry and then bake. Its quite good if you ever wanna try it! Much love to you from our neck of the woods
