he gives 4k shield when use for 8sec but sometimes he backfire at u so its risky was fun in s1 now hes pretty ok but not use so much now by players

Every time you go through a loading screen the rng resets. So no matter how many times you try to proc the backfire outside the arena, the manipulated rng won't get carried over into the arena.

also i don't think blizzard is still using the ''round table'' rng so even if you just proc the backfire, your chance of getting a backfire on next use is still the same (so in theory you can proc backfire infinite times in a row and still get a backfire on next use)
