Having to through the captain up to the mireclops's body would have actually been a super interesting addition to the fight that I wish they kept. Would have made him even more a nightmare to deal with given that you need to chuck pikmin up before he starts slurping them up
I would have loved if the mere slug arena was truly like this, but with some kind of cutscene to show how the captains got down there without breaking their legs

What would happen if you fought the Meerslug and the Mireclops at the same time, since they're both known to shape the environment with their movement?
That probably depends on where you fight them. Ive seen someone hack mireclops outside of its mud arena and it couldnt shape the enviroment anymore, so its abilety is tied to its arena. I assume the same goes for the meerslug
A bit more editing would make these videos much more enjoyable to watch. Nothing crazy, just only include things that are interesting, showing you walk to the place of interest isn't too intriguing.
